Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种保温层，尤其与中央空调风管保温层有关。
背景技术
随着经济的发展，社会的进步，中央空调系统得到普及，现有的中央空调风管系统通常没有外加的隔热保温层，或虽有也是直接采用保温材料在风管上进行包裹，存在着外形不美观整洁，隔热保温效果差，浪费能源等不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理，外形美观整洁，隔热保温效果好，节能环保的中央空调风管保温层。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。中央空调风管保温层，包括风管壁，挤塑板，胶粘层及金属箔，挤塑板设于风管壁上，金属箔通过胶粘层覆于挤塑板上。
所述的中央空调风管保温层，其挤塑板为闭孔式蜂窝结构挤塑板。
所述的中央空调风管保温层，其金属箔为压花铝箔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是：由于在风管壁上加设挤塑板，胶粘层及金属箔，使得风管隔热保温效果大大提高，具有外形美观整洁，节能环保等优点。

如图1所示，中央空调风管保温层，包括风管壁1，挤塑板2，胶粘层3及金属箔4，挤塑板2设于风管壁1上，金属箔4通过胶粘层3覆于挤塑板2上，挤塑板2为闭孔式蜂窝结构挤塑板，金属箔4为压花铝箔。

1、一种中央空调风管保温层，包括风管壁(1)，其特征在于：它还包括挤塑板(2)，胶粘层(3)及金属箔(4)，挤塑板(2)设于风管壁(1)上，金属箔(4)通过胶粘层(3)覆于挤塑板(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中央空调风管保温层，其特征在于：挤塑板(2)为闭孔式蜂窝结构挤塑板。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的中央空调风管保温层，其特征在于：金属箔(4)为压花铝箔。
