本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件，确切的说是一种橡胶结构I字型推力杆。
背景技术
通常，我国生产的双后桥重型卡车，主要采用聚氨酯--尼龙结构的斯太尔推力杆在车桥和车架之间起水平定位和力的传递作用，其缺点是聚氨酯结构推力杆弹性和压缩恢复性差，影响整车的稳定性，耐疲寿命低，在车辆行驶1.2万公里时就需要更换其内的尼龙衬套，由于球销与尼龙衬套通过摩擦来实现球销的转动，所以推力杆本身的抗冲击性能差。随着客户对汽车整车的舒适性和寿命等综合性能要求的提高，传统的聚氨酯结构的推力杆已不能满足社会发展的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种弹性好，寿命高，抗冲击性能好的橡胶结构推力杆。
为达到以上目的，橡胶I字型推力杆，主要由壳体1和管体3构成，其特征在于，壳体1与管体3连接，在壳体1的两端均设有两球销2，所述球销2与挡圈5通过橡胶层6模压成型并安装在壳体1中，球销2由孔用挡圈4固定在壳体1中。
通过以上设置，本实用新型主要由橡胶球销总成和铆接后推力杆半成品组装而成，球销的转动是通过球销本身橡胶的弹性变性来实现的，减小了整车的震动，提高了车辆的舒适性，抗冲击性能高，提高了推力杆的使用寿命，经过路试橡胶结构推力杆能行驶11万多公里未见异常。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，橡胶I字型推力杆，主要由球销2、壳体1和管体3组成，壳体1与管体3通过热铆接方式连接，铆合后进行表面处理，完成半成品的制作。在壳体1的两端均设有两球销2，所述球销2与挡圈5通过橡胶层6模压成型并安装在壳体1中，球销2由孔用挡圈4固定在壳体1中。
