Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种机柜眉头，包括壳体和壳体上开有的安装孔，所述壳体为折弯后焊接而成，壳体底部开有安装孔；沿折弯线1向上折90度后，再沿折弯线2向上折90度，接着沿折弯线3向上折90度，最后沿焊接线焊接。本实用新型是折叠后焊接而成，强度大，而且重量轻外形美观，既能保证柜顶装饰和注明柜体的型号，又不增加太多柜体的重量和利于柜体的起吊，适用于多种类型的机柜，具有外观美、重量轻、强度好等优点。

本实用新型属于柜体的装施领域，涉及一种机柜眉头，尤其适于对低压配电机柜上所用的眉头。
背景技术
随着低压配电行业的发展，其在实用、安全等技术性能方面要求的提高，对机柜起装施效果的零件也越来越高，希望即能起说明作用，又增加柜体的美观，正是这种原因，才使目前机柜都做很多种眉头，如柜顶一周眉头、柜门上方留眉头等等。
柜顶一周眉头外观不好开，又不利于柜体的起吊，安装后略显笨重而且本身的重量增加柜体的总重，增加生产成本。
而柜门上方留眉头解决了不易起吊的难题，但眉头不易安装，外观也没得到改善。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题在于，克服现有技术的不足，提供一种机柜眉头，采用折叠后焊接，强度大，而且重量轻，即能易于柜体与眉头的固定，又能增加柜体的整体美观性，还不影响柜体的起吊，适用于多种类型的机柜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的：
依据本实用新型提供的一种机柜眉头，包括壳体和壳体上开有的安装孔，所述壳体为折弯后焊接而成，壳体底部开有安装孔；沿折弯线1向上折90度后，再沿折弯线2向上折90度，接着沿折弯线3向上折90度，最后沿焊接线焊接。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案进一步实现：
前述的安装孔为长圆形安装孔；
前述的壳体侧边为圆弧形过渡。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果：
由于实用新型采用折叠后焊接，强度大，而且重量轻，即能易于柜体与眉头的固定，又能增加柜体的整体美观性，还不影响柜体的起吊。用这种眉头组装成的机柜具有外观美、强度好、适用场合宽的优点，解决了柜体的说明和外观问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例，对依据本实用新型提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效，详细说明如后。
如图1～4所示，一种机柜眉头，包括壳体和壳体上开有的安装孔，壳体6为折弯后焊接而成，壳体是由数控加工成如图1所示的形状，壳体底部开有安装孔5；安装孔为长圆形安装孔，利于与柜体的连接，；沿折弯线1向上折90度后，再沿折弯线2向上折90度，接着沿折弯线3向上折90度，最后沿焊接线4焊接。壳体侧边7为圆弧形过渡，即利于柜体的起吊，又增加了柜体的整体美观性。

1.一种机柜眉头，包括壳体和壳体上开有的安装孔，其特征在于：所述壳体(6)为折弯后焊接而成，壳体底部开有安装孔(5)；沿折弯线(1)向上折90度后，再沿折弯线(2)向上折90度，接着沿折弯线(3)向上折90度，最后沿焊接线(4)焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机柜眉头，其特征在于：所述的安装孔为长圆形安装孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机柜眉头，其特征在于：所述的壳体侧边(7)为圆弧形过渡。
