Abstract
本实用新型是一种柜式空调器，包括背板(1)及侧板(2)，其特征在于上述背板(1)及侧板(2)连接处设置成互相配合的内凹形状，螺钉(3)从内朝外垂直背板(1)将侧板紧固。本实用新型由于采用侧板与背板连接处设置成互相配合的内凹形状，螺钉从内朝外垂直背板将侧板紧固的结构，因此，螺钉设置在壳体内侧，用户从外部看不到螺钉，大大提高了空调的美观度；另外，在装配时可直接将侧板与背板紧固，而不用竖起背板并翻转壳体，大大提高了工作效率和安装质量。

本实用新型是一种柜式空调器，属于柜式空调器的改进技术。
背景技术
传统柜式空调器壳体后部结构如图1所示，包括背板1及侧板2，背板1及侧板2各设直角折边，背板及侧板的直角折边靠紧并从背板方向通过螺钉固定，由于螺钉从外朝内紧固，后壳外部可以看到螺钉头，不但影响整机外观，使用时还可能会刮花墙壁；这种壳体结构在装配时需要将背板竖起，手扶侧板紧固螺钉，再翻转装配另一侧板，工作过程繁复效率低，在拖拽翻转背板及侧板时很容易刮花板金件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外观美观，能够提高装配效率的柜式空调器，以克服现有技术的不足。
按此目的设计的一种柜式空调器，包括背板及侧板，其中上述背板及侧板连接处设置成互相配合的内凹形状，螺钉从内朝外垂直背板将侧板紧固。
上述背板两侧同向两次折边成U形，侧板的一侧则需要四次折边，先回折再反折成与背板相扣合的U形。

参见图2、3，本实用新型柜式空调器，包括背板1及侧板2，其中上述背板1及侧板2连接处设置成互相配合的内凹方形，螺钉3从内朝外垂直背板1将侧板紧固。
本实施例中，上述背板1两侧同向两次折边成U形，侧板1的一侧则需要四次折边，先回折再反折成与背板1相扣合的U形。

1、一种柜式空调器，包括背板(1)及侧板(2)，其特征在于上述背板(1)及侧板(2)连接处设置成互相配合的内凹形状，螺钉(3)从内朝外垂直背板(1)将侧板紧固。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柜式空调器，其特征在于上述背板(1)两侧同向两次折边成U形，侧板(1)的一侧则需要四次折边，先回折再反折成与背板(1)相扣合的U形。
