Abstract

一种硫磺回收用硫冷凝器,包括具有入气口的前管箱、壳程及具有出气口的后管箱,壳程连接于前管箱与后管箱之间,前管箱、后管箱及壳程内均设有管板及设于管板上的换热管,其特征在于前述的前管箱和后管箱内分别设有二块隔板,该二块隔板将前管箱和后管箱分别分隔成三个彼此独立的腔室,而每个腔室具有各自的入气口或出气口。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:三个独立冷凝器合而为一,使得设备集中放置,占地面积大大缩小,运行成本下降;再则,壳程顶部留有足够大蒸发用空间,杜绝了换热管腐蚀穿孔的现象,保证了设备的安全运行。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种硫磺回收用装置,尤其涉及一种超大直径的硫磺回收用硫冷凝器,该硫冷凝器可适用于10万吨/年硫磺回收装置上。
背景技术
硫冷凝器为硫磺回收装置中关键的设备之一,该设备可将硫蒸汽冷凝为液硫并产生低压蒸汽,一般采用卧式固定管板式结构,依据工艺气温度和压力的不同,一般采用三个独立的硫冷凝器来完成硫蒸汽的冷凝,这样势必造成设备布置分散、占地面积大,运行成本增加,再则,现有独立的硫冷凝器由于蒸发空间相对较小,换热器在壳程换热时,形成汽液界面,从而比较容易引起换热管腐蚀穿孔,进而影响工作进程。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种运行成本低、占地面积小、安全可靠的硫磺回收用硫冷凝器,该硫冷凝器将传统的三个独立硫冷凝器合而为一。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该硫磺回收用硫冷凝器,包括具有入气口的前管箱、壳程及具有出气口的后管箱,壳程连接于前管箱与后管箱之间,前管箱、后管箱及壳程的交界面均设有管板,而管板上设有换热管,其特征在于前述的前管箱和后管箱内均设有二块隔板,该二块隔板将前管箱和后管箱分别分隔成三个彼此独立的腔室,而每个腔室具有各自的入气口或出气口。
所述后管箱各腔室内均设有除沫器,可以增强了液硫的冷凝效果。
所述前管箱和后管箱内换热管底排下均设有耐酸浇注料,便于液硫顺利排放。
便于与后管箱与上层平台上的燃烧室对接,所述后管箱每个腔室的出气口为同一标高。
为避免锅炉水对换热管端的缝隙腐蚀,并考虑管焊接接头的抗拉强度,所述换热管通过强度焊和强度胀方式设于所述管板上。
为防止管板及隔板变形,所述管板未排管区域设有防止管板变形的支撑板,所述换热管顶排上设有用于支撑换热管的支撑管,围绕换热管还布置有用于加强支撑管支撑作用的支撑杆。
所述的壳程外壁上设有前支撑脚和后支撑脚,而前述的前支撑脚和后支撑脚至少一个为上下滑动的设置于壳程外壁,这样设备可以倾斜安装,以利于壳程以最佳的角度将液硫排出。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:三个独立冷凝器合而为一,使得设备集中放置,占地面积大大缩小,运行成本下降;再则,壳程顶部留有足够大蒸发用空间,杜绝了换热管腐蚀穿孔的现象,保证了设备的安全运行;除沫器的设置增强了液硫的冷凝效果;浇注料的设置便于液硫顺利排放;支撑板、支撑管及支撑杆的设置防止了管板变形。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例:参考图1和图5所示,本实施例中的硫磺回收用硫冷凝器包括具有入气口11的前管箱1、壳程2及具有出气口31的后管箱3,壳程2连接于前管箱1与后管箱3之间,前管箱1与壳程2的交界面上设有前管板4、壳程2与后管箱3的交界面设有后管板5,前管板4和后管板5上均设有换热管50。
参考图2和图4,前管箱1和后管箱3内均设有二块隔板9,该二块隔板9将前管箱1和后管箱3分别分隔成三个彼此独立的腔室,而每个腔室具有各自的入气口11或出气口31。
参考图4所示,后管箱3各腔室内均设有除沫器40,后管箱3中每个腔室的出气口31为同一标高。
前管箱1和后管箱3内换热管50底排下均设有耐酸浇注料10。
换热管50通过强度焊和强度胀方式设于前管板4和后管板5上。
参考图3所示,管板未排管区域设有防止管板变形的支撑板6,换热管50顶排上设有用于支撑换热管50的支撑管8,围绕换热管50还布置有用于加强支撑管8支撑作用的支撑杆7,支撑管8和支撑杆7的设置也可进一步防止管板及隔板9变形。
参考图6所示,壳程2外壁上设有前支撑脚24和后支撑脚23,而前支撑脚24定固于壳程2外壁,后支撑脚23为上下滑动的设置于壳程2外壁。便于液硫顺利排放,在使用时,调节后支撑脚,使得壳程底面101与水平基础面100呈α,本实施例中α为1°。

Claims (7)

1、一种硫磺回收用硫冷凝器,包括具有入气口(11)的前管箱(1)、壳程(2)及具有出气口(31)的后管箱(3),壳程(2)连接于前管箱(1)与后管箱(3)之间,前管箱(1)、后管箱(3)及壳程(2)的交界面均设有管板(4,5),而管板(4,5)上设有换热管(50),其特征在于前述的前管箱(1)和后管箱(3)内均设有二块隔板(9),该二块隔板(9)将前管箱(1)和后管箱(3)分别分隔成三个彼此独立的腔室,而每个腔室具有各自的入气口(11)或出气口(31)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的硫冷凝器,其特征在于所述后管箱(3)各腔室内均设有除沫器(40)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的硫冷凝器,其特征在于所述前管箱(1)和后管箱(3)内换热管底排下均设有耐酸浇注料(10)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的硫冷凝器,其特征在于所述后管箱(3)每个腔室的出气口(31)为同一标高。
5、根据权利要求1所述的硫冷凝器,其特征在于所述换热管(50)通过强度焊和强度胀方式设于所述管板(4,5)上。
6、根据权利要求1所述的硫冷凝器,其特征在于所述管板(4,5)未排管区域设有防止管板(4,5)变形的支撑板(6),所述换热管(50)顶排上设有用于支撑换热管(50)的支撑管(8),围绕换热管(50)还布置有用于加强支撑管(8)支撑作用的支撑杆(7)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的硫冷凝器,其特征在于所述的壳程(2)外壁上设有前支撑脚(24)和后支撑脚(23),而前述的前支撑脚(24)和后支撑脚(23)至少一个为上下滑动的设置于壳程(2)外壁。
