Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种外防腐内耐磨复合油管,用于油田、采油井、注水井等领域。其主体结构油管的外壁紧密附着PE防腐保护层,主体油管内嵌有具耐磨、防腐、防蜡等性能的高密度聚乙烯内管。并且内管采用的是塑料管材与油管的过盈胶粘装配结构,可使油管与内管紧密结合为一体,不脱落也不剥离。因而具有良好的耐磨、防腐、防蜡性能,提高了油管使用寿命。本实用新型可以广泛应用于偏磨油井的采油和注水井的管柱。适合于旧油管的修复再利用,降低了石油开采成本,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于油田,采油井、注水井等领域的外防腐内耐磨复合油管,可以广泛地用于偏磨油井的采油和注水井的管柱。
背景技术
目前,油田所用的复合油管都是内防腐耐磨复合油管,没有外防腐内耐磨的复合油管,而内管装配结构是内管外径小于油管内径的穿入式装配结构,这种装配结构使油管与塑料内管分离脱落,导致井下事故的发生,造成修井作业。给油田生产带来很多不便,并增加了石油开采成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种外防腐内耐磨复合油管。
本实用新型的技术方案如下。
一种外防腐内耐磨复合油管,主体为钢制油管;在钢制油管的外壁上设有PE防腐层;在钢制油管内嵌有聚乙烯塑料内管。
聚乙烯塑料内管是采用形状记忆塑料管材,与钢制油管通过过盈胶粘装配而嵌入。
本实用新型的优点是:在油管的外壁上设有PE防腐保护层,在油管内嵌有高密度聚乙烯耐磨、防腐、防蜡内管,内管是采用形状记忆塑料管材,可与油管通过过盈胶粘装配结构嵌入,使油管与内管结合紧密成为一体,不脱落、不剥离,提高了油管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照附图,外防腐内耐磨复合油管,其主体为钢制油管1,在油管1的外壁设有PE防腐保护层2,在油管1内嵌有高密度聚乙烯内管3。
所述的高密度聚乙烯塑料内管3,采用了形状记忆塑料管材,与钢制油管1通过过盈胶粘装配嵌入。
本实用新型外防腐内耐磨复合油管的PE外防腐层是采用塑料挤出设备一次成型,包覆在油管1上。

1、一种外防腐内耐磨复合油管,主体为钢制油管(1),其特征在于:在钢制油管(1)的外壁上设有PE防腐层;在钢制油管(1)内嵌有聚乙烯塑料内管(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外防腐内耐磨复合油管,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯塑料内管(3)是采用形状记忆塑料管材、与钢制油管(1)通过过盈胶粘装配而嵌入的。
