本实用新型涉及一种外防腐复合油管钢管,其特征是在油管的外壁上紧密附着有PE防腐保护层;所述的防腐保护层采用PE聚乙烯材料制成。本实用新型的防腐耐磨复合油管、钢管,在主体油管、钢管的外部设置了防腐层,起到了完全的防腐作用。具有防腐、防蜡,减少流体磨擦的功能。提高了油管、钢管的使用寿命。同时还降低了开采成本,并减少了修井的费用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及复合油管,具体涉及一种应用于油田、化工、输水等领域使用的内外防腐油管,属于国际专利分类F16L9/00“组合刚性管”技术领域。
背景技术
目前,油田采用的均是玻璃钢和其它材料的内防腐,没有采用外防腐材料与油管、钢管连为一体使用,导致油管、钢管的使用寿命短,采油的成本增大,注水井的使用周期缩短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有外防腐设计的防腐耐磨复合油管、钢管。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
PE外防腐复合油管钢管,其特征是在油管的外壁上紧密附着有PE防腐保护层。
所述的防腐保护层是采用PE聚乙烯材料制成。
本实用新型的防腐耐磨复合油管、钢管,在主体油管、钢管的外部设置了防腐层,起到了完全的防腐作用。具有防腐、防蜡,减少流体磨擦的功能。提高了油管、钢管的使用寿命。同时还降低了开采成本,并减少了修井的费用。

具体实施方式
参照附图,防腐耐磨复合油管、钢管,其主体为钢制的油管1,在油管1的外面包有PE聚乙烯防腐外层2。
在装设防腐外层2时,是采用一套塑料挤出设备将PE聚乙烯防腐外层熔化后一次成型,包覆在钢管油管1上。
本实用新型可以广泛适用于油井、注水井油气的输送,在油管的外面包覆PE聚乙烯材料,使油管除螺纹之外没有裸露的部分。从而起到了内外防腐作用,提高了油管的使用寿命。

1.一种PE外防腐复合油管钢管,其特征是:在其油管或钢管的外壁上紧密附着有PE防腐保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PE外防腐复合油管钢管,其特征是:所述的外防腐保护层采用PE聚乙烯材料制成。
