按照国际铁路权威性动车组和客车车体强度、刚度设计标准要求,车体钢结构除了能够承受沿车钩缓冲装置纵向中心线作用的1500kN纵向压缩载荷外,还须在车顶与侧墙结合处能够承受300kN的纵向压缩载荷。而传统车顶上边梁是分段压型后再拼接组焊成直角,与侧顶板结合后有间隙,影响强度,因而不具备满足上述车体强度设计要求的能力。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度、刚度水平高的车顶上边梁,以克服背景技术存在的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括车顶上边梁本体,车顶上边梁本体为整体成型且连续通长的不等边角形的构件,其中一边为弧形。
