背景技术:
按照国际铁路权威性动车组和客车车体强度、刚度设计标准要求,车体钢结构除了能够承受沿车钩缓冲装置纵向中心线作用的1500kN纵向压缩载荷外,还须能够在车窗下沿处也承受300kN的纵向压缩载荷。而传统侧墙纵向梁是分段压型后再拼接组焊成角形,因而不具备满足上述车体强度设计要求的能力,而且制造工艺复杂,生产效率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度、刚度水平高的侧墙纵向梁,并简化制造工艺,以克服背景技术存在的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括侧墙纵向梁本体,侧墙纵向梁本体为连续通长整体成型的倒帽形构件。
