Abstract

一种螺钉组合,包括一螺钉、一弹性扣环及一缓冲件,所述螺钉包括一螺帽、一螺纹部及一形成所述螺帽与所述螺纹部间的颈部,所述扣环固定在所述螺钉的颈部上,所述缓冲件套设在所述螺钉上,所述螺钉组合进一步包括一套设在所述螺钉上的遮挡件,所述遮挡件包括一顶部及一形成在所述顶部的遮挡部,所述顶部位于所述螺帽与所述扣环间,并为所述螺帽及所述扣环阻挡而不致脱离所述螺钉,所述遮挡部遮罩所述扣环及所述缓冲件,并使所述缓冲件稍露出所述遮挡部。本实用新型螺钉组合可保护所述缓冲件,提高其使用寿命。

螺钉组合
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺钉组合,特别是涉及一种具有缓冲性能的螺钉组合。
背景技术
螺钉常被用到一些物件,如数据存储器上,并用以支撑所述物件在一支架上。由于所述物件在工作时或在受到冲击时会发生震动,如果不将所述震动降低到最低,将会损坏所述物件。因此,一些具有缓冲性能的缓冲件被到所述物件上。所述缓冲件通过所述螺钉固定在所述物件,当所述物件震动时,所述缓冲件将使所述震动降低,从而减少所述物件受到的损害。
然而,由于所述缓冲件是裸露所述物件的外侧,并与所述支架直接接触,因此,安装或拆卸所述物件时,所述物件在相对所述支架移动,所述缓冲件与所述支架间的摩擦将使所述缓冲件极易老化,从而大大地降低其使用寿命。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能够保护具有缓冲性能的缓冲件以提高其使用寿命的螺钉组合。
一种螺钉组合,包括一螺钉、一弹性扣环及一缓冲件,所述螺钉包括一螺帽、一螺纹部及一形成所述螺帽与所述螺纹部间的颈部,所述扣环固定在所述螺钉的颈部上,所述缓冲件套设在所述螺钉上,所述螺钉组合进一步包括一套设在所述螺钉上的遮挡件,所述遮挡件包括一顶部及一形成在所述顶部的遮挡部,所述顶部位于所述螺帽与所述扣环间,并为所述螺帽及所述扣环阻挡而不致脱离所述螺钉,所述遮挡部遮罩所述扣环及所述缓冲件,并使所述缓冲件稍露出所述遮挡部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型螺钉组合通过所述遮挡件遮罩所述缓冲件来保护所述缓冲件,从而提高其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参考图1及图2,本实用新型螺钉组合的较佳实施方式包括一螺钉10、一遮挡件20、一弹性扣环30及一具有缓冲性能的缓冲件40。
所述螺钉10包括一螺帽12、一圆柱状的颈部14及一螺纹部16。所述螺帽12的直径大于所述颈部14的直径。所述颈部14用以连接所述螺帽12及所述螺纹部16,并在靠近所述螺帽12的位置处开设一环形定位槽142。所述螺纹部16的外径小于所述颈部14的直径。
所述遮挡件20呈喇叭状,包括一顶部22及一自所述顶部22的边缘弯折延伸的遮挡部24。所述顶部22的厚度等于或略小于所述定位槽142与所述螺帽12的间距。所述顶部22中间开设一圆形通孔222,所述通孔222的直径小于所述螺帽12的直径,但大于所述螺钉10的颈部14的直径。
所述扣环30呈一垫片状,其内径小于所述螺钉10的颈部14的直径,外径大于所述螺钉10的颈部14的直径及所述遮挡件20的顶部22的通孔222的直径,但小于所述顶部22的直径。所述扣环30开设一缺口32,以断开所述扣环30,从而使所述扣环30能够向外弹性扩张。
所述缓冲件40包括一呈圆台状的基部42及多个形成在所述基部42的一端面上且对称布的肋部44,所述基部42开设一通孔422。所述通孔422包括一直径较大的第一孔部424及一直径较小的第二孔部426。所述第一孔部424靠近所述基部42的上表面,且其直径与所述螺钉10的颈部14的直径大小相同。所述第二孔部426靠近所述基部42的下表面,且其直径小所述螺钉10的颈部14的直径,但大于所述螺纹部16的外径。所述肋部44对称分布在所述基部42的下表面上。
请参考图3,将所述遮挡件20套设于所述螺钉10的颈部14上并使所述颈部14收容在所述遮挡部24中,且所述顶部22位于所述螺帽12与所述定位槽142间。使所述扣环30向外弹性扩张而能够套设于所述螺钉10的颈部14上并当所述扣环30滑至所述定位槽142时,所述扣环30弹性收缩而卡入所述定位槽142中。因为所述扣环30的外径大于所述遮挡件20的顶部22的通孔222的直径,所以,所述扣环30阻挡在所述螺钉10的螺帽12与所述扣环30间,从而不致使所述遮挡件20脱离所述螺钉10。
将所述缓冲件40套入所述螺钉10的螺纹部16上,并使所述基部42收容在所述遮挡件20的遮挡部24内,所述肋部44露出所述遮挡件20。所述缓冲件40的通孔42的第一孔部424套设在所述螺钉10的颈部14上,所述第二孔部426套设在所述螺纹部16上。
请一起参考图3及图4,使用时,所述螺钉10通过所述螺纹部16螺锁于具有螺纹孔的物件50(如数据存储器)上,所述缓冲件40的肋部44紧贴所述物件50上,这样,在所述物件50振动或者受到冲击时,可通过所述缓冲件40将所述振动或者冲击降低到最小,从而保护所述物件50。
当所述螺钉组合安装到所述物件50上后,通过所述螺钉组合可使所述物件50滑动安装在一支架60的一轨道62上,这时,所述螺钉组合的遮挡件20抵靠在所述轨道62上,并在所述物件50移动时,沿所述轨道62滑动。由于所述遮挡件20呈喇叭状,因此,所述遮挡部24与所述轨道62间的接触面积极小,所以能有效地减少所述遮挡件20与所述轨道62间的摩擦。另外,由于所述缓冲件40被收容在所述遮挡件20内,因此,所述缓冲件40并不与所述支架60的轨道62接触,在所述物件50相对所述支架60移动时,所述缓冲件40受到所述遮挡件20的保护而不与所述轨道62摩擦,从而大大提高所述缓冲件40的使用寿命。
本实用新型螺钉组合的遮挡件20也可为一圆筒状,所述扣环30也可为一丝环或梅花铁扣。

Claims (10)

1. 一种螺钉组合,包括一螺钉、一弹性扣环及一缓冲件,所述螺钉包括一螺帽、一螺纹部及一形成所述螺帽与所述螺纹部间的颈部,所述扣环固定在所述螺钉的颈部上,所述缓冲件套设在所述螺钉上,其特征在于:所述螺钉组合进一步包括一套设在所述螺钉上的遮挡件,所述遮挡件包括一顶部及一形成在所述顶部的遮挡部,所述顶部位于所述螺帽与所述扣环间,并为所述螺帽及所述扣环阻挡而不致脱离所述螺钉,所述遮挡部遮罩所述扣环及所述缓冲件,并使所述缓冲件稍露出所述遮挡部。
2. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述螺钉的颈部靠近所述螺帽开设一环形定位槽,所述扣环卡入所述定位槽而固定在所述螺钉的颈部上。
3. 如权利要求2所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述扣环的外径大于所述螺钉的颈部的直径。
4. 如权利要求3所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述遮挡件的顶部开设一通孔,所述通孔的直径小于所述螺钉的螺帽的直径,但大于所述螺钉的颈部的直径。
5. 如权利要求4所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述遮挡件的顶部的直径大于所述扣环的外径。
6. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述缓冲件开设一通孔,所述通孔包括一直径较大且套设在所述螺钉的颈部上的第一孔部及一直径较小且套设在所述螺钉的螺纹部上的第二孔部,所述第二孔部的直径小于所述螺钉的颈部的直径,但大于所述螺纹部的外径。
7. 如权利要求6所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述缓冲件设有呈对称分布的若干肋部,所述肋部露出所述遮挡件。
8. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述遮挡件呈一喇叭状。
9. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述遮挡件呈一圆筒状。
10. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉组合,其特征在于:所述螺帽的直径大于所述颈部的直径,所述螺纹部的外径小于所述颈部的直径。
