Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种卡扣夹座,包括具有开槽的顶面和具有止位筋的底面,所述顶面和底部的止位筋夹紧卡扣法兰,其特征在于,所述夹座底面的止位筋的中间部分还设有倒钩,所述倒钩在卡扣滑入方向的斜面的斜率小于卡扣滑出方向的斜面的斜率。采用上述结构的卡扣夹座,可实现卡扣滑入力小和滑出力大的功能要求,而且结构简单,且可反复插拔变形,非常可靠。

卡扣夹座
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种卡扣夹座,具体的说,涉及一种集成在汽车门内饰板本体上的适用于单层尾部法兰卡扣的夹座。
背景技术
常用的卡扣夹座适用于双层法兰的卡扣。卡扣夹座的顶面被卡扣的双层法兰卡紧。为了防止卡扣从卡座中滑脱,通常会在卡座顶面上设计一些小凸起。但是这种结构无法实现卡扣滑入力小与滑出力大的设计要求,往往会引起卡扣安装力偏大,产生装配困难的抱怨。或者就是卡扣滑出力太小,卡扣容易滑脱。
而适用于单层法兰卡扣的夹座结构就更少了。由于卡扣只有单层法兰,只能靠卡座的顶面和底部的筋把它夹紧。为了防止卡扣容易滑脱,美国通用汽车公司提出了一种夹座结构:在卡座的开口处设计了两条钩爪特征,防止卡扣滑脱。但是这种钩爪结构同样很难实现卡扣滑入力小与滑出力大的设计要求。而且在卡扣的插拔过程中,这种钩爪结构特征被反复折弯,塑料容易发白失效。由于卡扣夹座是集成在门内饰板本体上的,一旦夹座失效,就会导致整个门内饰板总成报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于,提供一种新型的卡扣夹座,以克服现有卡扣夹座结构复杂,卡扣安装拆卸操作力难于控制,拆装过程中卡座易失效的技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种卡扣夹座,包括具有开槽的顶面和具有止位筋的底面,所述顶面和底部的止位筋夹紧卡扣法兰,其特征在于,所述夹座底面的止位筋的中间部分还设有倒钩,所述倒钩在卡扣滑入方向的斜面的斜率小于卡扣滑出方向的斜面的斜率。
采用上述结构的卡扣夹座,可实现卡扣滑入力小和滑出力大的功能要求,而且结构简单,且可反复插拔变形,非常可靠。

具体实施方式
下面根据图1至图2,给出本实用新型的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述,使能更好地理解本实用新型的功能、特点。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的卡扣夹座1,在夹座的顶面2上开有凹槽3,夹座的底面4设有两条止位筋5,6,在顶面2,凹槽3和止位筋5,6的共同作用下卡扣7的法兰11被夹紧在夹座1内。
在夹座底面4上两条止位筋5,6的中间还设有倒钩8。由于卡扣夹座1是塑料件,具有一定的弹性变形量,倒钩8能够在垂直方向上适当的变形,以使卡扣7能够滑入和滑出夹座1。
倒钩8在卡扣滑入方向的斜面9的斜率小于卡扣滑出方向的斜面10的斜率。卡扣滑入方向的斜面9的斜率较小,斜面较平坦,当卡扣7滑入的时候,水平推入力产生向下的分力使得倒钩8向下变形,卡扣7可以轻易的滑入。而该倒钩在卡扣滑出方向的斜面10的斜率较大,倒钩的内斜面很陡峭,需要很大的推出力,才能产生很小的向下的分力使得倒钩向下变形,卡扣7不易滑出。因此可实现卡扣滑入力小和滑出力大的功能要求,使卡扣7的安装和拆卸的操作力易于控制。
优选的实施方案为倒钩在卡扣滑入方向的斜面9的斜率为30~45度,卡扣滑出方向的斜面10的斜率的70~80度。如滑入方向的斜面9的斜度过小,卡扣7容易发生脱落,如滑入方向的斜面9的斜度过大,需要较大的水平力才能使倒钩产生向下的变形,卡扣滑入夹座比较困难。同样,滑出方向的斜面10的斜入过小,卡扣7也将容易发生脱落,滑出方向的斜面10的斜度过大时,需要很大的水平力才能使倒钩8产生向下的变形,卡扣滑出夹座非常困难,可能会导致夹座1的损坏。
另外,在卡扣夹座1的顶面2与卡扣法兰11之间应预设有间隙,以保证卡扣7在夹座1中有各向具有一定的窜动量,用于容纳门板总成的定位公差。卡扣夹座的顶面1与卡扣法兰之间的间隙至少有1.5毫米。以保证卡扣在夹座中的各向有1.5毫米的窜动量。卡扣1在安装或拆卸过程中需要在夹座中滑动,预留适当的间隙可帮助卡扣的滑动更容易,同时也可以保证卡扣能够被夹紧在夹座中,
倒钩是一种在注塑件上很常用的卡紧结构,可反复插拔变形,非常可靠,而且结构简单,生产方便,很好的解决了以往在拆装过程中夹座易失效的技术问题。由于卡扣夹座是集成在门内饰板本体上的,夹座的可靠性有效的降低了门内饰板的生产成本。
前面提供了对较佳实施例的描述,以使本领域内的任何技术人员可使用或利用本实用新型。对该较佳实施例,本领域内的技术人员在不脱离本实用新型原理的基础上,可以作出各种修改或者变换。应当理解,这些修改或者变换都不脱离本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种卡扣夹座,包括具有开槽的顶面和具有止位筋的底面,所述顶面和底部的止位筋夹紧卡扣法兰,其特征在于,所述夹座底面的止位筋的中间部分还设有倒钩,所述倒钩在卡扣滑入方向的斜面的斜率小于卡扣滑出方向的斜面的斜率。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡扣夹座,其特征在于,所述倒钩在卡扣滑入方向的斜面的斜率为30~45度,卡扣滑出方向的斜面的斜率的70~80度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的卡扣夹座,其特征在于,夹座顶面与卡扣法兰之间预设间隙。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡扣夹座,其特征在于,夹座顶面与卡扣法兰之间的间隙至少为1.5毫米。
