本实用新型公开了一种带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成，由塑料快装接头、金属单耳无级卡箍和橡胶软管组成，其特征为塑料快装接头一端有若干圈倒齿，橡胶软管套装在倒齿上，所述的橡胶软管套装部位锁紧有金属单耳无级卡箍。在不需用任何装配工具的情况下可以简便、快捷地将橡胶管连接到相应的装配接口上。

本实用新型涉及一种用于汽车的流体连接装置，特别涉及带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成。
背景技术
每一辆汽车都有油、水、气等流体装置，这些装置需要用柔性橡胶软管进行连接。随着汽车工业的迅速发展，汽车中各种装置越来越多，致使空间越来越小。如果采用传统的卡箍，需要很大的装配空间，为此，需要一种不用任何装配工具的接头，以使橡胶软管能够快捷、方便地装到相应装置的接口上。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成，能使橡胶软管快捷、方便地装到相应装置的接口上。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成，由塑料快装接头、金属单耳无级卡箍和橡胶软管组成，其特征为塑料快装接头一端有若干圈倒齿，橡胶软管套装在倒齿上，所述的橡胶软管套装部位用金属单耳无级卡箍锁紧。
所述的金属单耳无级卡箍包括有卡条，卡条上有一段弯折部，卡条一端有一排卡孔，卡条另一端有卡扣，卡扣卡锁到卡孔内。
一个用尼龙材料制作的外径尺寸范围为Φ15mm-Φ35mm的塑料快装接头，一个公称尺寸范围为Φ20mm-Φ40mm不锈钢单耳无级卡箍，及其相配合的橡胶软管。使用时先将橡胶软管插入塑料快装接头并套上金属单耳无级卡箍，然后用专门的装配工具将金属单耳无级卡箍锁紧即可。
在不需用任何装配工具的情况下可以简便、快捷地将带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成连接到相应装置的接口上。

具体实施方式
一种带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成，由塑料快装接头1、金属单耳无级卡箍2和橡胶软管3组成，塑料快装接头1一端有若干圈倒齿，橡胶软管3套装在倒齿上，所述的橡胶软管3套装部位用金属单耳无级卡箍2锁紧。
所述的金属单耳无级卡箍2包括有卡条，卡条上有一段弯折部5，卡条一端有一排卡孔6，卡条另一端有卡扣4，卡扣4卡锁到卡孔6内。

1.一种带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成，由塑料快装接头、金属单耳无级卡箍和橡胶软管组成，其特征为塑料快装接头一端有若干圈倒齿，橡胶软管套装在倒齿上，所述的橡胶软管套装部位用金属单耳无级卡箍锁紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带塑料快装接头的橡胶软管总成，其特征在于所述的金属单耳无级卡箍包括有卡条，卡条上有一段弯折部，卡条一端有一排卡孔，卡条另一端有卡扣，卡扣卡锁到卡孔内。
