Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种滚轮滚动轴承,其特征在于每列滚子中每两个相邻滚子相切,轴承外圈的外径面中间设有外凸的台阶,轴承外圈外径面两端与台阶两端之间以圆弧曲线连接。轴承外圈外径面设外凸台阶使得厚度大幅度提高,提高轴承的抗冲击性能,轴承外圈外径面两端与台阶之间用圆弧曲线来连接,这样可以避免出现过大的接触应力集中;由于轴承实际使用转速低,但对轴承的耐冲击和刚性要求高,因此轴承内部设有双列满装滚子,去掉了常规轴承的保持架,增加了滚子数量可以大幅度提高承载能力,由于轴承是外圈滚轮式转动,满滚子轴承可以满足其性能需要;本实用新型的优点在于耐冲击性能好,使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及轴承领域,具体涉及一种织布机与凸轮的配合使用的滚轮滚动轴承。
背景技术
随着织布机技术的进步,喷水、喷气织机广泛使用,当织机的纬线换向时需要凸轮机构来实现,与凸轮配合运转的轴承是个关键的传动部件,原来使用标准结构的圆柱滚子轴承,但由于标准轴承存在壁厚小、滚子数量少等问题,轴承寿命不能满足织机的需要,轴承使用寿命短,损坏更换频繁,给生产带来严重的影响,现有轴承使用寿命只有16月左右。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中所存在的问题,提供一种使用寿命长的滚轮滚动轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种滚轮滚动轴承,包括轴承内圈,轴承内圈,轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间设有两列滚子,其特征在于每列滚子中每两个相邻滚子相切,轴承外圈的外径面中间设有外凸的台阶,轴承外圈外径面两端与台阶两端之间以圆弧曲线连接。轴承内圈一侧设有单挡边,另一侧设有挡圈,轴承内圈中部沿圆周方向设有注油孔。

下面结合附图和实例对本实用新型作详细说明。
一种滚轮滚动轴承,包括轴承内圈1,轴承内圈2,轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间设有两列滚子3,其特征在于两列滚子3相互接触,每列滚子3中的每两个相邻滚子3相切,紧密排列成一列,轴承外圈1的外径面中间设有外凸的台阶4,轴承外圈1外径面两端与台阶4之间以圆弧曲线5连接。轴承内圈2一侧设有单挡边6,另一侧设有挡圈7。轴承内圈2内径孔为阶梯孔,设挡圈7处的轴承内圈2内径尺寸比其余处大0.2mm以上,轴承内圈2中部沿圆周方向设有四个注油孔8。
该轴承内部为双列圆柱滚子结构,磙子为满装但不自锁的结构,轴向由档圈7固定。双列满装滚子3指的是在轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间去除保持架,设有双列滚子,每列滚子的两个相邻滚子之间保持接触。轴承内圈内径孔为阶梯孔,设挡圈处的轴承内圈内径略大,主要是为了减少由于过盈配合而导致的内径尺寸的减小。
