Description

高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种圆锥滚子轴承,特别是涉及用于载重汽车驱动桥主减速器上的高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
圆锥滚子轴承是一种标准的机械基础件,也是通用件。每个型号的外形尺寸是标准的,其各个零件的尺寸也是基本不变的。理论上讲,同一型号的轴承只要外形尺寸、额定负荷和极限转速满足使用要求,均可用于各种工况。然而,一些特殊工况对轴承的要求还是有所区别的。例如,载重汽车驱动桥主减速器主锥圆锥滚子轴承(内轴承)因其承受很大的轴向载荷,采用通用轴承往往在超载、路况差的工况下,容易造成轴承内圈大挡边破裂,轴承损坏。另外,通用轴承对降低摩擦力矩也没有采取特殊措施,因此,在对汽车的节能和环保要求越来越高的情况下,降低轴承的摩擦力矩也是非常重要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能耐用的高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型包括包括外圈、内圈、夹设于它们之间起支撑作用并实现相对旋转的多个滚子以及隔开并引导滚子运动的保持架,内圈的大挡边为外凸曲线挡边;内圈大挡边根部宽度大于6.47mm,油沟轴向深度尺寸小于0.5mm;内、外圈滚道母线和滚子母线为对数曲线凸度形状;滚子数量少于16个、滚子长度小于24mm及滚道凸面半径小;滚子球基面半径小于136mm,滚子直径大于21.671mm。
本实用新型具有下述优点:1、轴承外形尺寸与原通用轴承相同,满足了汽车的安装要求;2通过加大内圈大挡边根部宽度,减少油沟轴向深度尺寸,从而增加挡边强度,提高轴向承载能力,防止大挡边破裂;3内外滚道和滚子母线由原来的直线改变为对数曲线凸度形状且加大凸度量,有效消除“边缘应力”,提高寿命;4、减少滚子数量、滚子长度及滚道凸面半径(大凸度量),减少滚动接触面积,减少粘滞滚动阻力,降低摩擦力矩;5、减少滚子球基面半径,内圈大挡边由原来的直挡边改变为外凸曲线挡边,改善润滑条件,有利于形成流体动力润滑(油膜),减轻内圈大挡边和滚子球基面间滑动摩擦,降低摩擦力矩,并且避免轴承过热运转和咬死的危险,提高轴承寿命;6、增大对摩擦力矩影响较小的滚子直径,弥补因滚子数量减少而导致额定动载荷的下降。

具体实施方式
如图5~图8所示本实用新型包括外圈、内圈、夹设于它们之间起支撑作用并实现相对旋转的多个滚子以及隔开并引导滚子运动的保持架,与现有技术的相对应部分相比,本实用新型中:内圈的大挡边为外凸曲线挡边;内圈大挡边根部宽度大于6.47mm,油沟轴向深度尺寸小于0.5mm;内、外圈滚道母线和滚子母线为对数曲线凸度形状;滚子数量少于16个、滚子长度小于24mm及滚道凸面半径减小;滚子球基面半径小于136mm,滚子直径大于21.671mm。大挡边粗糙度值小于0.4μm;滚子的球基面粗糙度值小于0.4μm。低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承与原通用轴承的外形尺寸和接触角相同且额定负荷不低于原标准设计值。
图1~图4为现有技术的通用轴承圆锥滚子轴承示意图。通过与本实用新型对比可知,本实用新型与原通用轴承的外形尺寸和接触角相同且额定负荷不低于原标准设计值,满足了汽车的安装要求。内圈2的大挡边根部宽度由图3的6.47mm增加为图7的6.97mm、油沟轴向深度由图3的0.5mm减少为图7的0.3mm,从而增加了挡边强度,提高轴承的轴向承载能力,防止大挡边破裂。外圈1的滚道和内圈2的滚道母线由图2、图3的直线改变为图6、图7的对数曲线凸度形状且凸度量为8~11μm(经过实施例实验检测凸度量可以是8~11μm之间的任意数,包括8和11μm),滚子3的母线由图4的的直线改变为图8的对数曲线凸度形状且凸度量为9~12μm(经过实施例实验检测凸度量可以是9~12μm之间的任意数,包括9和12μm),有效消除“边缘应力”,提高寿命。滚子3的数量由图1的16个减少为图5的15个、滚子长度由图4的24mm减少为图8的23.3mm,减少滚动接触面积,减少粘滞滚动阻力,降低摩擦力矩。滚子3的球基面半径由图4的136mm减少为图8的128mm,内圈2的大挡边形状由图3的直线改变为图7的外凸曲线形状且凸度量为4~6μm(经过实施例实验检测凸度量可以是4~6μm之间的任意数,包括4和6μm)、大挡边粗糙度由图3的0.4μm减少为图7的0.25μm,滚子3的球基面粗糙度由图4的0.4μm减少为图8的0.20μm,改善润滑条件,减轻内圈大挡边和滚子球基面间滑动摩擦,降低摩擦力矩。同时,滚子3的直径由图4的21.671mm加大到图8的22.994mm,弥补因滚子数量减少而导致额定动载荷的下降。
本实用新型在保密状态下经过安装于东风牌EQ153载重汽车驱动桥主减速器上使用,在保密状态下进行产品经近三年主机配套载重汽车,没有发生轴承内圈大挡边破裂,导致轴承损坏的故障,满足了汽车的长寿命要求。解决了原采用通用轴承存在的缺陷,产品获得主机厂的认可。同时,经与改进前的通用轴承对比测试,摩擦力矩降低了43%,对提高轴承寿命,降低汽车能耗有着较大的帮助。

1.一种高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承,它包括外圈、内圈、夹设于它们之间起支撑作用并实现相对旋转的多个滚子以及隔开并引导滚子运动的保持架,其特征在于:内圈的大挡边为外凸曲线形状;内圈大挡边根部宽度大于6.47mm,油沟轴向深度尺寸小于0.5mm;内、外圈滚道母线和滚子母线为对数曲线凸度形状;滚子数量少于16个、滚子长度小于24mm及滚道凸面半径小;滚子球基面半径小于136mm,滚子直径大于21.671mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的大挡边粗糙度值小于0.4μm;滚子的球基面粗糙度值小于0.4μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的内圈的大挡边外凸曲线的凸度量为4~6μm,内圈的大挡边根部宽度为6.97mm;油沟轴向深度为0.3mm;内圈的滚道母线和外圈的滚道母线的凸度量为8~11μm;滚子的母线的凸度量为9~12μm;滚子的数量为15个,滚子长度为23.3mm;滚子的球基面半径为128mm;滚子的直径为22.994mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高强度低摩擦力矩圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的大挡边粗糙度为0.25μm,滚子的球基面粗糙度为0.20μm。
