本实用新型涉及一种在垃圾箱有火种时具有防火功能能自灭自熄的垃圾箱。它由垃圾箱、垃圾箱盖、密封薄膜袋、进水口及进水口盖、不耐燃的薄片、扣子、水构成，其特征是进水口及进水口盖设在垃圾箱盖上，密封薄膜袋在垃圾箱盖的里面与进水口及进水口盖相连，密封薄膜袋四周用不耐燃的薄片扣在扣子上，水注在密封薄膜袋中。它不仅能方便集中垃圾，而且能自灭自熄垃圾箱中的火种。

背景技术
目前，公知的垃圾箱款式很多，其功能也很全，但它们都是以方便操作的角度出发的。都没有防火自灭自熄功能，当一些游人把香烟头扔进垃圾箱后，香烟头很可能引起垃圾燃烧，如不及时扑灭，轻点会将垃圾箱烧坏，但垃圾发出的烟会严重影响广大人民的健康，严重的会引起更大的火灾，影响到广大人民群众的安全和国家财产。
发明内容
为了克服现有的垃圾箱不具备防火功能的不足，本实用新型提供一种防火垃圾箱，它不仅能方便集中垃圾，而且能自灭自熄垃圾箱中的火种。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在垃圾箱的顶盖里设一易燃的密封薄膜袋，在密封薄膜袋中可注入一定量的水份，薄膜袋的四周用能承受一定水份量但不耐燃的薄片扣在垃圾箱的顶盖里的四周的活动扣上，活动扣固定在垃圾箱的顶盖里的四周，在垃圾箱的顶盖上设一进水口和进水口盖，使用时打开进水口盖，注入水，再盖上盖。当垃圾箱中遇有火时，火会烧断不耐燃的薄片密封薄膜袋破裂，水会从密封薄膜袋中倒入垃圾箱，从而具有防火功能能自灭自熄的目的。
所述的密封薄膜袋四周与不耐燃的薄片连接，薄片烧坏密封薄膜袋即破裂。
所述的不耐燃的薄片是一种燃烧点低的材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是，它不仅能方便集中垃圾，而且能自灭自熄垃圾箱中的火种。由于结构简单，使用方便，值得推广。

在图中，垃圾箱盖2在垃圾箱1的顶部，进水口及进水口盖4设在垃圾箱盖2上，密封薄膜袋3在垃圾箱盖2的里面与4进水口及进水口盖4相连，密封薄膜袋3四周用不耐燃的薄片5扣在扣子6上，水7注在密封薄膜袋3中。

1.一种安全防火垃圾箱，它由垃圾箱、垃圾箱盖、密封薄膜袋、进水口及进水口盖、不耐燃的薄片、扣子、水构成，其特征是进水口及进水口盖设在垃圾箱盖上，密封薄膜袋在垃圾箱盖的里面与进水口及进水口盖相连，密封薄膜袋四周用不耐燃的薄片扣在扣子上，水注在密封薄膜袋中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全防火垃圾箱，其特征是所述的密封薄膜袋四周与不耐燃的薄片连接，薄片烧坏密封薄膜袋即破裂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全防火垃圾箱，其特征是所述的不耐燃的薄片是一种燃烧点低的材料制成。
