Abstract

A disposable, fireproof receptacle for combustible debris for use in a cigarette receptacle (20) is disclosed. The liner (10) may be made from a metallic foil or other inexpensive, fire resistant material. The liner may be used in combination with or without a pail (30) inside the receptacle. The metallic, foil makes the liner resistant to fire and. is inexpensive enough to also be disposable. When filled with debris the liner can be removed and sealed to allow convenient, safe disposal of the grimy and potentially hot debris inside the liner.
