本实用新型公开了一种分级缓冲式防撞垫，分级缓冲式防撞垫由橡胶端头、抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带、椭圆形单元桶、圆形单元桶、防撞垫缓冲器等部件组成。单元桶设置在地面混凝土预制物上，圆形单元桶布设在椭圆形单元桶内，椭圆形单元桶布设在抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带内，防撞垫缓冲器设置在橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部的中心线上。在防撞垫的端头和侧面设置橡胶等柔性材料，从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部，椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶：钢板厚度分别由薄到厚设置，单元桶由小到大设置，内置缓冲物数量由少到多设置，防撞垫尾部的椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶与其内地面预置物连接固定。分级缓冲式防撞垫结构精巧、防撞与缓冲能力强。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及公路交通安全防撞设施，尤其是一种分级缓冲式防撞垫。
背景技术
公路交通安全设施是由护栏、标志、标线、视线诱导标、隔离栅、防护网、防眩板、防撞垫等结构物组成的一个安全防护体系，任何一方面的缺失或不足均有可能导致事故或加重事故的严重程度。我国2006年10月1日实施的《高速公路交通工程及沿线设施设计通用规范》JTG D80(18页)中规定：5.9.1高速公路主线分流端、匝道出口的护栏端头应设置防撞垫；5.9.2上跨高速公路跨线桥中墩的端部、中央分隔带开口处端头等，宜设置防撞垫。国外已有多年研究防撞垫的历史，我国尚未有针对防撞垫结构的成熟研究，现普遍使用的玻璃钢公路防撞桶的防护能力低，车辆发生碰撞后会有内置物抛撒四溅情况发生，容易造成车辆二次事故。针对新规范的规定需要开发出适合我国交通实际情况的防撞垫产品，以完善我国公路交通安全防护体系。分级缓冲式防撞垫是固定放置于防撞物体之前，车辆正面碰撞时分级缓冲吸能，側面碰撞时橡胶导向带缓冲导向，针对不同车辆和车速具有防住大车，照顾小车的分级缓冲和侧导向功能，可有效避免事故或减轻事故严重程度从而保证行车安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型公开了一种分级缓冲式防撞垫，分级缓冲式防撞垫由橡胶端头、抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带、椭圆形单元桶、圆形单元桶、固定导轨、防撞垫缓冲器等部件组成。单元桶设置在地面混凝土预制物上，圆形单元桶布设在椭圆形单元桶内，椭圆形单元桶布设在抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带内，防撞垫缓冲器设置在橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部的中心线上。
以上所述的防撞垫缓冲器由数个单元节组成，分为排空式和液压式两种，在碰撞收缩后可合为一节，各节抽出后能重复使用。
以上所述的防撞垫缓冲器的防护能量从橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部从小到大分级设置。
以上所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫的端头和侧面设置橡胶类柔性材料，对碰撞起到缓冲和消能作用。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1、2、3所示，分级缓冲式防撞垫由橡胶端头4、抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带3、椭圆形单元桶2、圆形单元桶1、防撞垫缓冲器5等部件组成。单元桶设置在地面混凝土预制物上，圆形单元桶1布设在椭圆形单元桶2内，椭圆形单元桶2布设在抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带3内，防撞垫缓冲器5设置在橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部的中心线上，一个圆形单元桶内设置一个缓冲器单元节。
由4个单元节6组成的防撞垫缓冲器5为排空式缓冲器，通过每节在碰撞后压缩空气，而空气气流在短时间内排出的反弹力对碰撞起到很好的缓冲和消能作用。防撞垫缓冲器在碰撞收缩后可合为一节，各节抽出后又能重复使用。各个单元节的尺寸和排空能量从橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部从小到大分级设置。
防撞垫的端头和侧面设置经防腐特殊处理的橡胶柔性材料，对碰撞起到缓冲和消能作用。
从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部，椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶的钢板厚度分别由薄到厚设置，分别为3mm、3.5mm、4mm和4.5mm；从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部，椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶的尺寸由小到大设置，圆形单元桶的尺寸分别为30cm、35cm、40cm、45cm；在碰撞能量要求提高的地段设置分级缓冲式防撞垫时，可在椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶内放置缓冲物，数量从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部由少到多设置；防撞垫尾部的椭圆形单元桶、圆形单元桶及防撞垫缓冲器与其内地面预埋物连接固定，地面预埋钢管并浇筑混凝土至缓冲器下部等高，通过预埋钢管与圆形单元桶锁接。
当车辆发生碰撞时，椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶发生变形，缓冲器单元节开始压缩缸体中的空气，钢板变形吸能和缓冲器排气吸能为主要的消减车辆动能的两种形式。
Claims (7)
1.一种分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：分级缓冲式防撞垫由橡胶端头、抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带、椭圆形单元桶、圆形单元桶、防撞垫缓冲器等部件组成。单元桶设置在地面混凝土预制物上，圆形单元桶布设在椭圆形单元桶内，椭圆形单元桶布设在抛物线形橡胶缓冲导向带内，防撞垫缓冲器设置在橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部的中心线上，一个圆形单元桶设置一个缓冲器单元节。
2.如权利要求1所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：由数个单元节组成的防撞垫缓冲器有排空式和液压式两种，在碰撞收缩后可合为一节，各节抽出后能重复使用。各个单元节的防护能量从橡胶端头到防撞垫尾部从小到大分级设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：防撞垫的端头和侧面设置橡胶类柔性材料，对碰撞起到缓冲和消能作用。
4.如权利要求1所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部，椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶的钢板厚度分别由薄到厚设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部，椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶的尺寸由小到大设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：分级缓冲式防撞垫椭圆形单元桶和圆形单元桶内置缓冲物数量从碰撞端头到防撞垫尾部由少到多设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的分级缓冲式防撞垫，其特征在于：防撞垫尾部的椭圆形单元桶、圆形单元桶及防撞垫缓冲器与其内地面预置物连接固定。
