Abstract
本实用新型的电热蒸气汤粥煲，其特征是在煲体的下部有一个电热蒸气发生器，该电热蒸气发生器由一个环形发热管、进水阀、排水阀、水位尺、蒸气阀、止回阀和安全阀组成，煲体内有一条环形蒸气管与蒸气发生器相连接，通电后环形发热管迅速把水加热至沸腾，并产生大量蒸气，通过不锈钢软管把蒸气送入汤粥煲底部，直接对煲内物料加热煲煮，具有加热速度快、煲煮时间短，并大幅度节约能源，食物不会被烧焦等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种炊具，特别是一种电热蒸气汤粥煲。
背景技术
目前市场上流行的各种汤粥煲，大致分为直热式(直接用柴、煤作燃料)、燃气式和电热式三类这些汤粥煲主要是为家庭使用而设计，因而存在体积小、耗能高、适应范围小、更由于煲内物料直接与热源接触，故煲内物料往往容易被烧焦等缺陷，更不适用于酒店、餐厅、宾馆、学校等大型厨房使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种采用电加热产生蒸气的方法对物料直接进行蒸煮，从而大大缩短了对食物的加工时间，大量节约了能源，又能保证食物(如汤料、粥品)的质量，防止煲内物料被烧焦的电热蒸气汤粥煲。本实用新型是以如下的方式实现的：一种电热蒸气汤粥煲，包括箱体、煲体、煲盖、操作面板，其特征是在煲体的下部有一个电热蒸气发生器，该电热蒸气发生器为圆桶形密封状，其底部有一个环形发热管，蒸气发生器的下部有一个进水阀和排水阀，还有一个与蒸气发生器底部相连通的水位尺，蒸气发生器的顶部有一个蒸气阀、一个止回阀和一个安全阀，圆桶形的煲体底部内有一个环形蒸气管，该蒸气管的进气口连接有一条不锈钢软管并与蒸气阀相连接，煲体的底部还有一个排放阀，以排放煲体的残渣。蒸气发生器和煲体的外部均分别包裹有保温隔热层，以减少热量的损失。使用时，通过操作面板上的开关，接通电源，使蒸气发生器底部的环形发热管加热，迅速把水急剧升温至沸腾，从而快速产生大量的蒸气，蒸气通过蒸气阀和不锈钢软管、环形蒸气管进入煲体内，直接把煲内物料加热、煲煮。
本实用新型由于热能损失少，保温效果好，加上蒸气直接加热和翻动煲内物料，因而大大缩短汤料或粥料的煲煮时间，大大节约了能源，并且所煲煮出来的食物永不贴锅和烧焦。

如图1和图2所示，一种电热蒸气汤粥煲，包括箱体1、煲体2、煲盖3、操作面板4，其特征是煲体2的下部有一个电热蒸气发生器8，电热蒸气发生器8的底部有一个环形发热管15和一个进水阀14、排水阀13，还有一个与蒸气发生器底部相连通的水位尺7，蒸气发生器的顶部有一个蒸气阀9、一个止回阀10和一个安全阀11，煲体2的底部内有一条环形蒸气管5，该蒸气管的进气口连接有一条不锈钢软管6，软管6的另一端与蒸气阀9相连接，煲体2的底部还有一个排放阀12，蒸气发生器8和煲体2的外部分别包裹有保温隔热层。

1.一种电热蒸气汤粥煲，包括箱体(1)、煲体(2)、煲盖(3)、操作面板(4)，其特征是煲体(2)的下部有一个电热蒸气发生器(8)，电热蒸气发生器(8)的底部有一个环形发热管(15)和一个进水阀(14)、排水阀(13)，还有一个与蒸气发生器底部相连通的水位尺(7)，蒸气发生器的顶部有一个蒸气阀(9)、一个止回阀(10)和一个安全阀(11)，煲体(2)的底部内有一条环形蒸气管(5)，该蒸气管的进气口连接有一条不锈钢软管(6)，软管(6)的另一端与蒸气阀(9)相连接，煲体(2)的底部还有一个排放阀(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热蒸气汤粥煲，其特征是煲体(2)和蒸气发生器(8)的外部均分别包裹有保温隔热层。
