Abstract
本实用新型提供一种乳房假体体内植入引导器,包括盛装假体的杯体,杯体为扁平半漏斗形,杯体口处为椭圆形,且带有裂缝豁口。本实用新型由于采用扁平半漏斗形的杯体作为假体植入的“引导器”保证植入体处于最佳状态及位置,该引导器在尽可能小的切口下能快速顺畅完成植入手术,减小或避免了因植入物的扭曲、皱褶、打折、逆位等形成尖角导致扩张皮肤等软组织的挤、顶缺血、坏死、感染,同时也大减少对植入物的捻、挫、揉、创伤造成的破裂情况。由于结构合理,使植入切口长度减小从而提高手术的质量,特别是提高了假体或软组织扩张器植入后的成功率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗美容器械,具体是一种用于整形外科手术的乳房假体体内植入引导器。
背景技术
假体植入隆胸术及组织扩张的植入术是整形外科的常见手术,但是这种手术面临着两大问题,一是要尽可能快速完成手术又要尽可能减小伤痛,二是植入相对大的假体或扩张器又要尽可能小的切口,迄今为止,除常规内外科手术器械外,国内外市场未见有专门用于解决上述手术两矛盾的专门引导器械。ZL200620019597.5公开了一种义乳填充物植入用具及ZL 03227321.5公开的乳房假体植入器,但这两种用具前一种结构比较复杂,使用时属于机械性操作,手术操作者不能根据患者实际情况控制推入的节奏,给患者带来不必要的伤痛;第二项专利结构为软体筒状,只是将要植入的液态假体物通过袋嘴压入假体腔中,而放假体的过程和器具不变,不能解决患者在植入假体时的伤痛及伤口组织的损伤。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种乳房假体体内植入引导器,以解决目前乳房假体体内植入时存在的问题。
本实用新型包括盛装假体的杯体,其特点为扁平半漏斗形的杯体,杯体口处带有裂缝豁口。
本实用新型的具体结构有,杯体口截面为椭圆形。
本实用新型的具体结构有,杯体口截面为椭圆形并加一鸭嘴槽,且鸭嘴槽槽面向上。
本实用新型的具体结构有,杯体长为13~16cm,椭圆形杯体口长径1.5~2.0cm,短径1.3~1.8cm,杯体宽处横径为10~15cm,杯体半漏斗形截面为流线形,杯体最大厚度3.5~4cm;漏斗口带鸭嘴时,鸭嘴长为0.5~0.8cm,其杯体长为18~22cm。
本实用新型由于采用扁平半漏斗形的杯体作为假体植入的“引导器”保证植入体处于最佳状态及位置,该引导器在尽可能小的切口下能快速顺畅完成植入手术,减小或避免了因植入物的扭曲、皱褶、打折、逆位等形成尖角导致扩张皮肤等软组织的挤、顶缺血、坏死、感染,同时也大大减少对植入物的捻、挫、揉、创伤造成的破裂情况。由于结构合理,使植入切口长度减小从而提高手术的质量,特别是提高了假体或软组织扩张器植入后的成功率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括盛装假体的杯体,具体结构为扁平半漏斗形的杯体1,杯体口3带有裂缝豁口2,杯体口截面为椭圆形,豁口2在半漏斗一侧。
如图2所示,本实用新型的另一种实施方式为杯体口3处为椭圆形并加一鸭嘴槽4,鸭嘴槽安装在豁口2对面,且鸭嘴槽4槽面向上。
如图1、2所示,杯体1长为13~16cm,椭圆形杯体口长径1.5~2.0cm,短径1.3~1.8cm,杯体宽处横径为10~15cm,杯体1半漏斗形截面为流线形,杯体最大厚度3.5~4cm;如图2所示,漏斗口带鸭嘴时,鸭嘴长为0.5~0.8cm,其杯体长为18~22cm。
下面结合附图介绍一下本实用新型的工作过程,如图1所示,主要用于乳头乳晕切口隆胸及垂直方向植入假体时使用。以乳晕切口隆胸为例,分层切开达到预定层次,剥离后,将导入器杯体口3插入切口至假体植入层,将需植入的假体放于杯体1半漏斗处,用食指或小指于杯体口3的裂缝豁口2处,自上向下方交替推动假体向植入腔“漏入”,由于在杯体的半漏斗壁的圈定及重力加推力的作用,假体可顺利进入预定腔隙,迅速完成植入过程。
如图2所示,主要用于腋下切口隆胸及水平方向植入植入假体时使用。以腋窝切口隆胸为例,于腋窝皱襞切口逐层切开,剥离预定腔隙,将导入器杯体口3处的鸭嘴槽4槽面向上插入切口进入腔内2~3cm,将需植入的假体放于杯体1半漏斗处,用食指或小指于杯体口3处,沿长轴方向交替向植入腔中推动假体至完全植入为止,迅速完成植入过程。
本实用新型也可以用于乳房或其它部位扩张时植入软组织扩张器时使用。
Claims (5)
1.一种乳房假体体内植入引导器,包括盛装假体的杯体,其特征在于,杯体(1)为扁平半漏斗形,杯体口(3)带有裂缝豁口(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳房假体体内植入引导器,其特征在于,杯体口(3)截面为椭圆形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的乳房假体体内植入引导器,其特征在于,椭圆形杯体口(3)加一鸭嘴槽(4),且鸭嘴槽(4)槽面向上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳房假体体内植入引导器,其特征在于,杯体长为13~16cm,椭圆形杯体口长径1.5~2.0cm,杯体口短径1.3~1.8cm,杯体宽处横径为10~15cm,杯体半漏斗形截面为流线形,杯体最大厚度3.5~4cm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的乳房假体体内植入引导器,其特征在于,杯体口带鸭嘴槽时,鸭嘴槽长为0.5~0.8cm,其杯体长为18~22cm。
