本实用新型涉及一种垫片,尤其是高温防松弛垫片。
背景技术
现有的垫片多为平面垫片,即其上下表面与其轴线垂直。使用该垫片后,在有震动、或用其连接的管路在温度、压力变化(如因紧急停电、机组突然损坏)频繁时,垫片常会因疲劳失去弹性。另外,长期在高温工作下的法兰、螺栓也会发生蠕变变形,垫片也会因蠕变失去弹性。垫片失去弹性后,就无法对螺栓的伸长或法兰的翘曲进行补偿,导致垫片密封比压下降,容易发生泄漏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决了现有的垫片在高温状态下无法补偿螺栓的伸长的问题,提供了一种防松弛的垫圈。
该垫圈,包括开孔的垫片,垫片的上下表面与其轴线成80°-88°的夹角。
由于其上下表面与其轴线成一定的夹角,在拧紧螺母时,螺母会压紧该垫圈,使得其发生弹性变形,其上下表面与轴线垂直。这样,当螺栓伸长时,其上下表面有会发生一定的变形而与其轴线成某一角度,以补偿螺栓的伸长,不会导致泄漏。
为了在拧紧螺母时,螺母对垫片施加的力以使得垫片发生弹性变形更加容易,与孔相接的上表面处有宽度为孔内径2-4%的环形平面,该环形平面垂直于垫片轴线。
为了在拧紧螺母,垫片发生弹性变形时垫片相对于与其接触的表面移动更加容易,在下表面的外周有宽度为孔内径2-4%的环形平面,该环形面垂直于垫片轴线。
为了使得垫片在变形时,其内径下表面处不至于在大应力时产生开裂,孔在与下表面相接处有倒圆或倒角。
为了使得垫片能产生更大的预应力,所述垫圈以锻造制成。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示垫圈,圆形垫片1上开有圆孔2,垫片的上、下表面与其轴线成85°(即E=5°)的夹角。圆孔2的直径为D。与孔相接的上表面处有宽度B=D*3%的环形平面3,在下表面的外周有宽度A=D*3%的环形平面4,环形平面3、4均垂直于垫片轴线。下表面的外周以及孔在与下表面相接处均有倒角C=2*45°。该垫圈以现有的锻造工艺制成。

1.垫圈,包括开孔的垫片,其特征是:垫片的上下表面与其轴线成80°-88°的夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈,其特征是:与孔相接的上表面处有宽度为孔内径2-4%的环形平面,该环形平面垂直于垫片轴线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的垫圈,其特征是:在下表面的外周有宽度为孔内径2-4%的环形平面,该环形面垂直于垫片轴线。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的垫圈,其特征是:孔在与下表面相接处有倒圆或倒角。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的垫圈,其特征是:所述碟垫以锻造制成。
