Abstract
本实用新型为一种汽车保险杠，它包括弹性材料制造的本体，本体由内、外两层密封连接构成，内、外两层之间构成气腔，内、外层之间设置有纵向的弹性元件。其中，本体的外部形状，可以采用现有的多种形式，只是将现有的单层硬性结构设计为本实用新型的结构。本实用新型结构简单，加工制造容易，它由弹性材料制造的、柔性和刚度适中，保险杠内的弹性元件能够使车辆与外在物发生碰撞时，保险杠所传递的能量能相对减少，从而有效避免一些事故发生，或者降低事故给车辆本身或外在物所造成的损坏、损伤程度。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车安全用配件，尤其涉及一种汽车保险杠。
背景技术
汽车前后部位设置保险杠主要目的在于保护保险杠后部的相关部件，例如汽车散热器、发动机等。保险杠均采用坚固的材料制造，以便在较长时期内保证外形和外观，起到推开外在物和防止汽车自身相关部件损坏的应有作用。正是由于保险杠需要采用坚固材料制造的原因，现有车辆即使它与外在物在中低速行驶状况下发生碰撞，保险杠所传递的能量也很可观，极易造成车辆本身或外在物的损坏、损伤，诸如保险杠变形、漆面刮落、伤人毁物等事故屡见不鲜。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术所存在的缺点，而提供了一种结构简单，加工制造容易，由弹性材料制造的、柔性和刚度适中的汽车保险杠，保险杠内的弹性元件能够使车辆与外在物发生碰撞时，保险杠所传递的能量能相对减少，从而有效避免一些事故发生，或者降低事故给车辆本身或外在物所造成的损坏、损伤程度。
本实用新型是通过如下技术措施实现的：它包括弹性材料制造的本体，本体由内、外两层密封连接构成，内、外两层之间构成气腔，内、外层之间设置有纵向的弹性元件。其中，本体的外部形状，可以采用现有的多种形式，只是将现有的单层硬性结构设计为本发明的结构。
为了安全，使汽车保险杠具有一定的刚度，本实用新型可以通过使用不同弹性系数的橡胶等材料制造保险杠本体，当然也可通过在内层和/或外层中设置钢丝层来增加其刚度。本方法结构简单，其制造和加工可以借鉴轮胎的制造和加工。
本体上设置有与内、外层之间的气腔连通的充气嘴。这样可以方便地进行充气，使得本实用新型本体内保持需要的压强，充气嘴的位置可以设计在比较隐蔽的位置，这样更美观。
本实用新型中本体内的弹性元件具体可以采用弹簧和/或橡胶柱等可以起到缓冲作用的元件。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知，其结构简单、加工制造容易，其可以安装在汽车的前后保险杠位置，能够在车辆与外在物相撞时，能量得到缓冲，避免车辆损坏和人员伤亡。

如图1所示，本实用新型为一种汽车保险杠，它包括弹性材料制造的本体1，本体1由内、外两层密封连接构成，内、外两层之间构成气腔5，气腔5内可以充有适量的氮气等惰性气体，气腔5可以是一个或多个不相通的气腔构成，内、外层之间设置有纵向的弹簧4和/或橡胶柱3；内层和/或外层中设置有钢丝层2。本体1上设置有与内、外层之间的气腔5连通的充气嘴6。

1.一种汽车保险杠，其特征是，它包括弹性材料制造的本体，本体由内、外两层密封连接构成，内、外两层之间构成气腔，内、外层之间设置有纵向的弹性元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车保险杠，其特征是，所述的内层和/或外层中设置有钢丝层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车保险杠，其特征是，本体上设置有与内、外层之间的气腔连通的充气嘴。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车保险杠，其特征是，所述的弹性元件包括弹簧和/或橡胶柱。
