背景技术
脑血管病的恢复期及后遗症期常表现为肢体痉挛，上肢手部表现为手指关节屈曲，拇指内收。若患肢长期处于被动状态可导致肌肉挛缩、关节变形及指间、掌部皮肤糜烂。临床上由医护人员辅助纠正手指关节屈曲，拇指内收等非功能体位，使患指被动伸直。同时在患指关节屈曲部位放置软棉球，预防指甲对手掌皮肤的损伤。增加了医护人员的劳动强度，而且患指伸直的持续时间较短，常可自行恢复至挛缩位，影响患指的功能恢复。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点，提供一种矫形手套。

本实施例的技术方案如下：矫形手套，由手套体(2)和掌垫(4)组成，其特征在于：手套体(2)内的掌侧面设有掌垫套(3)，掌垫套(3)设有开口，开口上装有拉锁(1)，掌垫套(3)内装有用硬质医用塑料制造的掌垫(4)，掌垫(4)的拇指与掌指之间的角度为75度，且掌垫(4)与手套体(2)结合面的形态与手指伸展状的生理曲面相匹配。
使用时，护理人员辅助患指被动伸直后，伸进本实用新型手套体(2)内，使患指处于伸展状态。
