本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，涉及使瘫痪肢体保持功能体位的矫形支具，是一种手指伸展垫。
背景技术
脑血管病的恢复期及后遗症期常表现为肢体痉挛，上肢手部表现为手指关节屈曲，拇指内收。若患肢长期处于被动状态可导致肌肉挛缩、关节变形及指间、掌部皮肤糜烂。临床上由医护人员辅助纠正手指关节屈曲，拇指内收等非功能体位，使患指被动伸直。同时在患指关节屈曲部位放置软棉球，预防指甲对手掌皮肤的损伤。增加了医护人员的劳动强度，而且患指伸直的持续时间较短，常可自行恢复至挛缩位，影响患指的功能恢复。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点，提供一种手指伸展垫。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：手指伸展垫用医用硬塑料制造，由垫体和固定带组成，其特征在于：垫体上装有衬垫，衬垫外表面几何形态与手指伸展时的手部掌面的生理曲面相匹配，拇指与掌指之间的角度为60度至90度，且在腕部装有腕固定带，拇指部装有拇指固定带，其余四指部装有主固定带，各固定带上均设有尼龙搭扣。
本实用新型可用来使患指处于伸展状态，具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式
本实施例的技术方案如下：手指伸展垫用医用硬塑料制造，由垫体(4)和固定带组成，其特征在于：垫体(4)上装有衬垫(5)，衬垫(5)外表面几何形态与手指伸展时的手部掌面的生理曲面相匹配，拇指与掌指之间的角度为75度，且在腕部装有腕固定带(3)，拇指部装有拇指固定带(2)，其余四指部装有主固定带(1)，各固定带上均设有尼龙搭扣。
使用时，护理人员辅助患指被动伸直后，放在本实用新型的衬垫(5)上，并用各固定带固定，使患指处于伸展状态。
