1、技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种可折叠集装箱用内铰链。
2、背景技术：
可折叠集装箱是一种端墙可折叠的新型集装箱。它由一平台底架以及基本直立于该平台底架的角柱组成，角柱的底部通过铰链与平台底架连接。在回程运输或储存时，可将角柱折叠在平台底架上作为平台箱使用，从而将多个可折叠集装箱叠放在一起，因而具有节省储存空间以及高效运输等优点。
现有的可折叠箱供斜吊的吊孔一般设于角柱上，斜吊的位置较高，给吊运操作带来不便，且在角柱上加工吊孔比较麻烦。
3、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于斜吊的可折叠集装箱用内铰链。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的：
一种可折叠集装箱用内铰链，包括首端可与角柱联接固定的本体，本体上设有枢孔和锁定孔，在本体上设有用于斜吊的吊孔。
降低了斜吊的位置，吊运操作更加简便。
上述方案可以通过以下技术措施作进一步改进：
所述吊孔的孔深方向与枢孔的轴线方向平行。
所述吊孔设置在本体首端。
所述在本体首端设置有突起，所述吊孔设于该突起处。
增加了内铰链和角柱或端墙连接处的焊缝长度，使吊孔处的受力性能进一步增强。
所述的本体包括两竖直的侧板，两侧板的周缘固定有联接两侧板的围板和假角板，所述的吊孔设于两侧板上。
吊孔的加工工艺简便，受力性能好。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：1)吊孔设置在内铰链上，降低了斜吊的位置，吊运操作简便；2)在内铰链上设置吊孔，其受力性能良好，制造工艺比较简单；3)通过内铰链上增加一个突起，增加了内铰链和角柱连接处的焊缝长度，使该处受力性能进一步增强。

如图1、图2及图3所示，一种可折叠集装箱用内铰链，包括首端可与角柱联接固定的本体，本体包括两竖直的侧板1，两侧板1的周缘固定有联接两侧板1的围板2和假角板3，在两侧板1上分别设有与外铰链4枢接的枢孔5，在两侧板1之间设有轴套6，轴套6上设有供锁定销7插入的锁定孔8，在两侧板1上设有与锁定孔8对应的通孔9，在两侧板1及围板2的首端形成一突起10，在该突起10处设有用于斜吊的吊孔11，吊孔11设于两侧板1上，其孔深方向与枢孔5的轴线方向平行，由于吊孔11设于内铰链上，使得斜吊的位置降低了，斜吊操作更加方便，并且在内铰链与角柱连接处设置突起，可增加了焊缝的长度，更加优化了内铰链和角柱的连接。

1.一种可折叠集装箱用内铰链，包括首端可与角柱联接固定的本体，本体上设有枢孔和锁定孔，其特征在于：在本体上设有用于斜吊的吊孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠集装箱用内铰链，其特征在于：所述吊孔的孔深方向与枢孔的轴线方向平行。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折叠集装箱用内铰链，其特征在于：所述吊孔设置在本体首端。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折叠集装箱用内铰链，其特征在于：在本体首端设置有突起，所述吊孔设于该突起处。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折叠集装箱用内铰链，其特征在于：所述的本体包括两竖直的侧板，两侧板的周缘固定有联接两侧板的围板和假角板，所述的吊孔设于两侧板上。
