Abstract
本实用新型涉及照明灯具制造领域。技术设计方案为安装于通用灯罩上部的太阳能光伏发电机组和风力发电机的综合互补的组合,充分利用太阳的光能与风的势能直接转换为电能,经过智能型充电控制器、储能电瓶、稳压/平衡控制部分的自动充电/过充保护、风电/光电的平衡系统、快充/涓流充电的均衡控制、延时照明等功能性电能控制部分,提供恒定的电能,供应LED光源体进行发光照明,而且采用主照明灯光和辅助性灯光的设计,彻底解决了现行使用的路灯产品的耗电量大、使用寿命不稳定、后期使用费用高的难题。
Description
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及照明灯具制造领域,尤其涉及太阳能光伏发电和风力发电的综合型超亮LED路灯。
背景技术:
目前所使用的路灯照明,均为传统的架杆拉线输送电能、区域式控制的方式。存在着诸多的不足:1、耗电量大;2、使用条件的要求高;3、由于负载不稳定,造成了灯具发光体的使用寿命不确定;4、工程配套费用高;5、后期管理费用多。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于,解决现有技术的不足之处,提供一种风电光伏综合型自提供电能的超亮LED路灯。本实用新型的耗电量:10~500W,采用太阳能光伏发电和风力发电的综合互补的组合,将自然的动能直接转换为电能,提供给路灯使用。并且采用了超亮LED作为光源体,发光强度达到30万~380万mcd、光通量为50~500Im。在使用过程中,无高温产生,彻底解决了传统的路灯使用中的附加费用高、维修以及配套费用多的难题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案,涉及有五大部分组成:(一)、提供电能部分:涉及有国标定型的太阳能光伏发电组件、风力发电机、储能用充电电瓶;(二)、电能控制部分:涉及有智能型充电控制系统、过充保护、输出控制/过载保护系统、风电/光电的平衡系统、快充/涓流充电的均衡控制系统;(三)、发光体部分:涉及有定型的灯罩、反光灯碗、LED光源体、以及发光体的自动的照明延时控制电气系统;(四)、支撑体部分:涉及有国标定型的路灯灯杆、灯罩支架、风力发电机的固定座;(五)、固定部分:涉及有路灯固定盘、底座砼预制的基础、固定螺栓、加强立板部分所共同组成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:充分利用自然的太阳光能+风能作为原动能,直接转换为电能,经过储存后自身供应超亮LED光源体进行照明工作。不需要架杆拉线输送电能,又能降低路灯使用的综合成本和管理费用。

本实用新型所述的风电光伏综合型超亮LED路灯,涉及有太阳能光伏发电机组(1)、风轮扇叶(2)、风力发电机(3)、风力机尾翼(4)、主灯支架(5)、风力机固定座(6)、线路板(7)、LED光源体(8)、主照明灯光(9)、辅助性灯光(10)、智能型充电控制器(11)、储能电瓶(12)、稳压/平衡控制(13)、通用灯罩(14)、通用灯杆(15)、固定螺栓(16)、灯杆固定盘(17)、加强立板(18)所共同组成。通用灯罩、通用灯杆是本实用新型的主要载体,其制造材料、制造工艺与现有技术的同类部件基本相同。太阳能光伏发电机组、风力发电机、智能型充电控制器、储能电瓶、稳压/平衡控制、LED光源体、主照明灯光、辅助性灯光是本实用新型的核心件。
所说的太阳能光伏发电机组、风力发电机、储能电瓶是提供电能的部分,涉及有设计安装于通用灯罩上部的太阳能光伏发电机组、主灯支架、风力发电机、风力发电机固定座、电能输出部分所组成;所说的智能型充电控制器、储能电瓶、稳压/平衡控制,涉及有自动充电控制、过充保护、输出控制/过载保护、风电/光电的平衡系统、快充/涓流充电的均衡控制、延时照明等功能性电能控制部分,提供出恒流/恒压的供载电能;主要元件有:AJK-8011型集成块、AJZ-081型稳压系统、AJZ-45型延时电路等。所说的LED光源体、主照明灯光、辅助性灯光组成本实用新型的主要功能,涉及有线路板、通用灯罩、反光灯碗、主灯支架所共同组成。以上所有部件,均安装在通用灯杆载体的各个位置。经灯杆固定盘、固定螺栓的作用,直接安装固定于预制的混凝土基础上。
本实用新型所述的风电光伏综合型超亮LED路灯的电气运行控制线路,太阳光能经过光伏发电机组+风力经过发电机的综合互补发电系统,经过智能型充电控制器,进入储能电瓶。经过电能稳压/平衡控制部分、输出控制部分、以及延时照明电路控制部分,自动控制LED光源体进行照明工作使用。
以此整体的设计组合,将太阳的光能+风力的势能作为综合互补的原动能,由太阳能光伏发电机组和风力发电机的直接转换为电能,通过智能型充电控制器(11)进入储能电瓶(12),经电能控制部分供应LED光源体进行照明工作。使用风光综合发电的设计,彻底解决了使用传统路灯的耗电量大、架杆送电、挖沟布线、安装使用电气控制设备等费用的大项支出;也解决了目前使用的太阳能光伏发电路灯的不足,如:光伏发电机组的体积大;要求灯杆、支架的机械强度高;成本高;抗风能力差、存在着不安全的隐患。本实用新型尤其是将LED光源体设计为模块式的组合,根据光照度的不同要求,以积木式的进行组合使用。在发光照明工作的过程中,无高温产生,增加了产品的使用寿命。尤其是主照明灯光(9)和辅助性灯光(10)、光控开关和延时电路的组合设计,可以便捷的调整照明时间,零点以后,仅使用辅助性照明灯光,节约用电。在各种环境的条件下,本实用新型所述的风电光伏综合型超亮LED路灯,光照效果好,发光强度高,光照均匀,使用寿命稳定。

1.风电光伏综合型超亮LED路灯,涉及有太阳能光伏发电机组(1)、风轮扇叶(2)、风力发电机(3)、风力机尾翼(4)、主灯支架(5)、风力机固定座(6)、线路板(7)、LED光源体(8)、主照明灯光(9)、辅助性灯光(10)、智能型充电控制器(11)、储能电瓶(12)、稳压/平衡控制(13)、通用灯罩(14)、通用灯杆(15)、固定螺栓(16)、灯杆固定盘(17)、加强立板(18)所共同组成;通用灯罩、通用灯杆是本实用新型的主要载体;太阳能光伏发电机组(1)、风力发电机(3)、LED光源体(8)是本实用新型的主体件;其特征是:安装于通用灯罩上的太阳能光伏发电机组+安装于灯杆上部的风力发电机的综合互补的自供电能与LED光源体的完整的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风电光伏综合型超亮LED路灯,其特征是:智能型充电控制器、稳压/平衡控制中的风电/光电的平衡系统、自动充电/过充均衡控制保护部分的完整的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风电光伏综合型超亮LED路灯,其特征是:LED光源体(8)所组成的主照明灯光与辅助性灯光的整体设计中的延时照明的完整的组合设计。
