Detailed ways

The detergent container 1 of the washing machine W in FIG. 1 comprises a washing drum 2 mounted in the container about a horizontal axis 3 and having entrainers 4 for the laundry balls 7 formed from fabrics. In order for the washing machine W to work as intended, the emergency emptying hose 18 is plugged, in the exemplary embodiment by sliding its free end over a plug 23 integrated into the side of the base plate 21 . The integration of the plug 23 in the housing wall 20 of the washing machine W also advantageously results in a reduction in components and thus in particular simplifies production, installation and logistics.

The emergency emptying hose 18 can be fastened to the base plate 21 , for example via a clamping seat 25 .
