Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种节能保温隔热墙体,该保温隔热墙体由内墙体、中墙体、外墙体三部分构成,内、外墙体是由断面为“E”形强度较高的泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑而成的墙体,中墙体为现场整体浇筑而成的保温性能良好的泡沫混凝土自保温隔热墙体。本实用新型结构简单而又不产生冷热桥,保温效果好,不需另做外墙保温,既节约成本,又能保证环保节能效果达标,比粘土砖墙和外保温层构成的保温墙体,节省成本30%以上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种节能保温隔热墙体,尤其是涉及一种节能保温隔热泡沫混凝土墙体。
背景技术
目前,全国建筑物外墙约有60%以上的墙体仍在使用实心粘土砖或空心粘土砖,造成了耕地减少,生态环境恶化,更由于粘土砖保温隔热性能较差,用空心粘土砖砌成240mm厚墙体(导热系数0.58),能源消耗大,要达到节能标准,还需要用40mm厚聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(导热系数0.042)做外墙保温层,且该保温层上只宜刷涂外墙涂料,而不宜贴外墙砖。
为发展节能型建筑物,各种轻质保温隔热新型墙体材料应运而生。但迄今为止,已公开的各种保温隔热墙体材料均存在一定缺陷。如中国专利94112087.2号公开的发泡塑料陶瓷粉煤灰轻质墙体材料,99116095.9号公开的轻质墙体材料,200310111249.1号公开的以建筑垃圾混合物或煤矸石为主要原料制备的现浇墙体材料,200410021951.3公开的多功能无机泡沫墙体材料,采用的主要原料均是粉煤灰或煤矸石或/和其他废弃物,因而原材料受到局限,且加工过程仍需消耗能源等,造成成本较高;有些施工难度也较大。中国专利01237175.0号公开了一种泡沫砼轻质砌块,其包括上下惯通的长方体混凝土中空砖砌块,在中空砖砌块内腔填充有泡沫混凝土。02272771.X号公开了一种高强度复合实心墙板,其由GRC空心墙板与芯条或玻璃纤维增强水泥混凝土与芯条组成,所述芯条由硫铝酸盐水泥轻骨料混凝土或硫铝酸盐水泥泡沫混凝土组成。且上述各种材料体积大,砌筑困难;材料保温效果因砌筑砂浆产生冷热桥而大打折扣。加上还必须做外墙保温层才能达到国家环保节能标准,进一步加大了建筑成本,因此推广应用阻力较大。200420080498.9号公开了一种加气混凝土自保温隔热墙体,虽然其保温隔热效果较好,但结构相当复杂,推广应用难度较大。200420064726.3号公开的外保温隔热墙体也存在同样缺陷。200510047439.0号公开的现场发泡混凝土轻质墙体材料的制作方法,使用双氧水和铝粉作发泡剂,成本高,且双氧水是一种强氧化剂,会给施工带来极大安全隐患,加之需在20℃以上条件下施工,也会给施工带来诸多不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种保温隔热效果好,原料来源广泛,结构简单,砌筑简便,成本较低的保温隔热泡沫混凝土墙体。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型之保温隔热墙体由内墙体、中墙体、外墙体三部分构成,所述内墙体和外墙体是由断面为“E”形的泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑而成的墙体,中墙体为现场整体浇筑而成的泡沫混凝土保温层;所述泡沫混凝土预制砌块设有泡沫混凝土喷注口。
所述泡沫混凝土预制砌块喷注口最好设于预制砌块上部。
所述泡沫混凝土预制砌块宜选用导热系数稍大且强度较高的泡沫混凝土制造;所述主要作保温层的中墙体,则宜选用保温性能良好的泡沫混凝土喷注浇筑。
本实用新型保温隔热墙体施工方法包括以下步骤:(1)用断面为“E”形并设有泡沫混凝土喷注口的泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑成内墙体、外墙体;(2)将保温效果良好的泡沫混凝土采用喷注工艺通过预制砌块的泡沫混凝土喷注口喷注入内墙体和外墙体之间,形成与内、外墙体内侧连成一体的中墙体,最终形成起围护作用的自保温隔热墙体。
本实用新型以“E”形泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑成的内外墙体兼做浇筑保温层的模板,浇筑工艺简单;墙体结构简单而又不产生冷热桥,保温效果好,本实用新型墙体(导热系数0.11~0.19,可调),要达到上述空心粘土砖同样的保温效果,墙体厚度只需200mm即可(导热系数取0.15);不必另做外保温层,既节约成本,又保证环保节能达标,而且可以做任何外墙装饰。经济性方面,本实用新型比由粘土空心砖及粘土实心砖和外保温层构成的保温墙体,节省成本30%以上。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照附图,本实施例由内墙体1、中墙体3、外墙体2三部分构成,内墙体1、外墙体2是由断面为“E”形强度较高的泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑而成,中墙体3为现场整体浇筑而成的保温性能良好的泡沫混凝土保温层。所述泡沫混凝土预制砌块设有泡沫混凝土喷注口4。
砌筑方法:(1)用断面为“E”形设有泡沫混凝土喷注口4的泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑成内墙体1、外墙体2;(2)将保温材料泡沫混凝土采用喷注工艺通过预制砌块的喷注口4注入内墙体1、外墙体2之间,形成中墙体3,作为保温隔热层。

1.一种节能保温隔热墙体,其特征在于,由内墙体、中墙体、外墙体三部分构成,所述内墙体和外墙体是由断面为“E”形的泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑而成的墙体,中墙体为现场整体浇筑而成的泡沫混凝土保温层;所述泡沫混凝土预制砌块设有泡沫混凝土喷注口。
2.根据权利要求1所述节能保温隔热墙体,其特征在于,所述泡沫混凝土预制砌块的泡沫混凝土喷注口设于预制砌块上部。
