本实用新型涉及一种复合保温砌块,其特征在于该复合保温砌块有一水泥复合箱体(1),水泥复合箱体(1)内设有EPS泡沫板(2),水泥复合箱体(1)内可设置隔板(3),将水泥复合箱体(1)分成两个腔体,水泥复合箱体(1)是由镁水泥、粉煤灰、硅酸水泥、沙子、石子及尿栓树脂聚乙稀醇混合制成,本实用新型由化学复合而成,质量轻,抗压强度高,导热系数小,保温隔热性能好,隔音效果强,表面光滑平整,无需抹灰可直接刮大白或喷刷涂料,大大减小了施工强度,提高了工程速度。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种复合保温砌块。
背景技术
目前,对保温砖或保温砌块的需求量越来越大,但大多保温砌块粗糙,强度差,尤其是砌完墙体后,内外墙壁还要抹灰和粉刷,费工费料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轻质高强、无需抹灰可直接刮大白或喷刷涂料的复合保温砌块。实现本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:该复合保温砌块有一水泥复合箱体,水泥复合箱体内设有EPS泡沫板,水泥复合箱体内可设置隔板,将水泥复合箱体分成两个腔体。所说的水泥复合箱体是由镁水泥、粉煤灰、硅酸水泥、沙子、石子及尿栓树脂聚乙稀醇混合制成。
本实用新型由化学复合而成,质量轻,抗压强度高,导热系数小,保温隔热性能好,隔音效果强,表面光滑平整,无需抹灰可直接刮大白或喷刷涂料,大大减小了施工强度,提高了工程速度。

参照附图,本实用新型有一水泥复合箱体1,水泥复合箱体1内设有EPS泡沫板2,水泥复合箱体1内可设置隔板3,将水泥复合箱体分成两个腔体。所说的水泥复合箱体1是由镁水泥、粉煤灰、硅酸水泥、沙子、石子及尿栓树脂聚乙稀醇混合制成。

1、一种复合保温砌块,其特征在于该复合保温砌块有一水泥复合箱体(1),水泥复合箱体(1)内设有EPS泡沫板(2)。
2、按照权利要求1所说的复合保温砌块,其特征在于水泥复合箱体(1)内可设置隔板(3),将水泥复合箱体(1)分成两个腔体。
3、按照权利要求1或2所说的复合保温砌块,其特征在于所说的水泥复合箱体(1)是由镁水泥、粉煤灰、硅酸水泥、沙子、石子及尿栓树脂聚乙稀醇混合制成。
