本实用新型是一种用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，其特征在于包括沥青入口接头(1)、设有通孔的枪体(2)、喷管(3)、阀芯(5)、喷头(6)及开关(7)，沥青入口接头(1)一端与枪体后座连接，另一端与气体管路连接，喷头(6)通过喷管(3)连接在枪体前端，阀芯(5)安装在喷头(6)腔内，开关(7)安装在枪体上。本实用新型由于乳化沥青通过枪体在高压气体的压力作用下推动阀芯在喷头腔内作高速旋转，在旋转中得以雾化，并能够从喷头均匀喷出。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种喷枪，特别是一种用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，属于喷枪的改进技术。
背景技术
随着沥青道路修复养护作业量的加大，乳化沥青在道路维修养护中被越来越广泛的使用，虽然目前市场上出现种类繁多的喷枪，但是在修复养护路面时，使用上述喷枪喷洒乳化沥青，不能使乳化沥青喷洒均匀，而且雾化效果也不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种能够使乳化沥青喷洒均匀，雾化效果好的用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪。
本实用新型的结构示意图如附图所示，包括沥青入口接头、设有通孔的枪体、喷管、阀芯、喷头及开关，其中沥青入口接头一端与枪体后座连接，另一端与气体管路连接，喷头通过喷管连接在枪体前端，阀芯安装在喷头腔内，开关安装在枪体上。
上述沥青入口接头一端通过螺纹与枪体后座连接。
上述喷管与喷头之间装设有带通孔的接头。
上述阀芯为螺旋形结构。
上述喷头内设有锥形喷孔。
本实用新型由于乳化沥青通过枪体在高压气体的压力作用下推动阀芯在喷头腔内作高速旋转，在旋转中得以雾化，并能够从喷头中均匀喷出。

具体实施方式
实施例：
本实用新型的结构示意图如图1、2所示，包括沥青入口接头1、设有通孔的枪体2、喷管3、螺旋形结构的阀芯5、腔内设有锥形喷孔的喷头6及开关7，其中沥青入口接头1一端通过螺纹与枪体后座连接，另一端与气体管路连接，喷管3安装在枪体前端，为便于连接，喷头6通过接头4安装在喷管3上，阀芯5安装在喷头6腔内，开关7安装在枪体上。

1.一种用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，其特征在于包括沥青入口接头(1)、设有通孔的枪体(2)、喷管(3)、阀芯(5)、喷头(6)及开关(7)，其中沥青入口接头(1)一端与枪体后座连接，另一端与气体管路连接，喷头(6)通过喷管(3)连接在枪体前端，阀芯(5)安装在喷头(6)腔内，开关(7)安装在枪体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，其特征在于上述沥青入口接头(1)一端通过螺纹与枪体后座连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，其特征在于上述喷管(3)与喷头(6)之间装设有带通孔的接头(4)。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，其特征在于上述阀芯(5)为螺旋形结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于喷洒乳化沥青的喷枪，其特征在于上述喷头(6)内设有锥形喷孔。
