本实用新型公开了一种集装箱锁头，它可以提高集装箱连接管的焊接强度，进而提高了集装箱的安全性能。它包括根部、用于与锁座进行卡合的齿和用于焊接连接管的柄部，所述齿部、根部和柄部分别位于锁头的前端、中部和后端，其中，在所述的柄部上设置一环状突起，连接管与环状突起采用对接方式焊接，该环状突起与所述根部靠近柄部侧的端面之间有一段安全距离。

集装箱锁头
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适用于集装箱的集装箱锁头。
背景技术
如图1所示，它是现有集装箱锁头示意图。其为锁杆的一部分，它包括齿部1、根部2和柄部3。齿部1用于和锁座的齿部进行卡合，柄部3上用于焊接连接管4，起到连接上下锁头用。连接管4一般为中空的钢管。
如图2所示，它是现有集装箱锁头安装大托架后的示意图。一般在连接管4的外部套设一大托架6，其中大托架6的弯头7被卡在根部2的端面和连接管4的焊接头A之间，二者有一段安全距离B。一般在连接管4和大托架6之间还有一圈衬套5。这样大托架6在安全距离B之间可以有一定的活动余地。
上述集装箱锁头有一个缺点，就是连接管4被直接焊接在柄部3上，其焊接方式采用搭接的接头形式(图中A处)，而由于搭接结构特点，不可避免的存在应力集中，而锁杆在使用过程中，特别是海运途中，集装箱在重载时，船体受到海浪颠簸，锁头的连接管4也会不断受到拉伸和压缩两种不同的力的交替作用，长期如此，搭接的结构形式由于应力集中产生的可能性越大，锁杆在连接管4处的焊接容易受到破坏，导致锁头脱落而失效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种集装箱锁头，它可以提高集装箱连接管的焊接强度，进而提高了集装箱的安全性能。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种集装箱锁头，它包括根部、用于与锁座进行卡合的齿和用于焊接连接管的柄部，所述齿部、根部和柄部分别位于锁头的前端、中部和后端，其中，在所述的柄部上设置一环状突起，连接管与环状突起采用对接方式焊接，该环状突起与所述根部靠近柄部侧的端面之间有一段安全距离。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，在柄部上设置一用于焊接连接管的环状突起，主要的好处在于连接管采用对接方式焊接在环状突起上，这样就可以提供连接管的焊接强度，进而提高了集装箱的安全性能。

具体实施方式
如图3、4所示，它们分别是本发明集装箱锁头的示意图和本发明集装箱锁头安装大托架后的示意图。和现有技术相比，其中很多地方类似，比如它也包括齿部10、根部11和柄部12。齿部10用于和锁座的齿部进行卡合，柄部12上用于焊接连接管14，起到连接上下锁头用。连接管14一般为中空的钢管。
另外，一般在连接管14的外部套设一大托架16，在连接管14和大托架16之间还有一圈衬套15。
本发明与现有技术最大的区别在于，在柄部12设有环状突起13，连接管14直接焊接在环状突起13的一侧，其中，连接管14与环状突起13采用对接方式焊接，焊点为D。其中大托架16的弯头17被卡在根部11的端面和环状突起13之间，二者有一段安全距离H。
由于焊点D为对接方式焊接形成，所以其相对于现有技术的搭接方式焊接形成的焊点牢固。另外，由于环状突起13和根部的位置相对固定，所以安全距离H更容易确定和掌握。安全距离H可以根据集装箱大托架17的弯头71大小以及大托架17的变形进行确定。
另外，环状突起13的大小根据其受力的大小设定，而其形状可以为两个共底部的圆锥台。

Claims (2)

1.一种集装箱锁头，它包括根部、用于与锁座进行卡合的齿和用于焊接连接管的柄部，所述齿部、根部和柄部分别位于锁头的前端、中部和后端，其特征在于，在所述的柄部上设置一用于焊接连接管的环状突起，连接管与环状突起采用对接方式焊接，该环状突起与所述根部靠近柄部侧的端面之间有一段安全距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的集装箱锁头，其特征在于，所述环状突起的形状为两个共底部的圆锥台。
