本实用新型是一妇科用载体栓，它能有效地延长药物在体内的停留时间，并能使药物缓慢释放，还可防止药物外流，不污染衣物。它包括药物层和载体，载体为消毒棉压制的楞状栓状棉条，两个楞之间为膨胀槽，棉条内固定连接拉线，载体外包有药物层。药物层和载体之间内还有隔离层。本实用新型结构简单，实现容易，可有效地延长给药时间和维持较高药效浓度，适合治疗阴道炎、宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂等多种妇科疾病。

本实用新型涉及医疗医药技术领域，确切地说它是一种妇科用载体栓。
背景技术：
众所周知，阴道炎、宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂是妇女的常见疾病，发病率很高，它严重地影响了妇女的身心健康。目前治疗上述疾病的方法除了口服或注射消炎药物外，还有用液体剂型直接清洗阴道，或用栓剂从阴道直接给药，这两种给药方式由于药物直接作用于病灶上，因而有较好的疗效。但是用液体剂型清洗的方法很不方便，受环境限制，并且药物滞留病灶时间短，而现有的普通栓剂无载体，因而存在着在体内熔化解体后易造成药物流出体外的缺点，对内衣易造成污染，易发生交叉感染，另外，药物存留时间也较短。中国专利号：99241193公开了一种名称为“深度药用阴道栓”的实用新型专利，它是将棉栓放置在外管中，棉栓一端连接有药物，用内推管将棉栓推出，结构较复杂，并且存在着上述所述缺点。中国专利号：00112992公开了一种名称为“替硝唑阴道控释栓及其制备方法”的发明专利，它就是一种单纯的药物栓剂。中国专利号：00123869公开了一种名称为“一种治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂”的发明专利，它是一种中药制成的纯药物栓剂。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种妇科用载体栓，它能有效地延长药物在体内的停留时间，并能使药物缓慢释放，还可防止药物外流，不污染衣物。它包括药物层和载体，其特征在于：载体(1)为消毒棉压制的多楞状栓状棉条，每个楞之间为膨胀槽(2)，棉条内固定有拉线(3)，载体(1)外包有药物层(4)，药物层(4)为炮弹头状。药物层(4)和载体(1)之间内还有用有机基质制成的隔离层(5)。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型载体栓遇体内温度时，逐层融化释放药物，可延长给药时间和维持高药效浓度，药效显著；由于本实用新型载体使用压缩的消毒棉制成，在上面还开有膨胀槽，在阴道内可膨胀扩展阴道皱壁，保证了携药栓体与病变部位的全面接触，增大有效给药面积，使药效发挥充分；载体内部的粗大毛细血管结构能吸收掉阴道中的病变分泌物，使炎性物质脱离创面，保持了施药部位的清洁，使药物直接接触创面，药效直接发挥作用，能够避免药物溶化后流出体外，不污染衣物，极为有效的预防交叉感染。还有预防性病和清洁阴道的功能。

具体实施方式：
实施例：
本实用新型中的药物层可以由甲硝唑、克霉唑、醋酸洗必泰三种药物混合组成或单独组成，也可以是其它治疗阴道炎等妇科疾病的药物。载体为消毒棉压制成多楞状，上面均匀开有膨胀槽，拉线固定在载体内，膨胀槽有利于载体的膨胀。在膨胀槽上面还有一层隔离层，隔离层是用有机基质制成的。使用时，将本实用新型置入阴道深部，拉线留在体外，6-8小时后轻拉拉线，取出载体。需要注意的是使用前务必拉出拉线。

1.妇科用载体栓，它包括药物层和载体，其特征在于：载体(1)为消毒棉压制的多楞状栓状棉条，每个楞之间为膨胀槽(2)，棉条内固定有拉线(3)，载体(1)外包有药物层(4)，药物层(4)为炮弹头状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的妇科用载体栓，其特征在于：药物层(4)和载体(1)之间内还有用有机基质制成的隔离层(5)。
