本实用新型涉及一种妇科病阴道给药载体，可广泛用于妇科疾病治疗需阴道给药时的用作药物载体，能使药物在阴道腔体内均匀分布，扩大接触面积，并能最大限度地延长药物的滞留时间。同时能根据不同发病部位靶向给药。本实用新型的优点是无论那种阴道药物制剂，都可以在有效部位持久滞留发挥作用，并能将各种药物本身或敷料中的不溶性物质带出体外，减少药物不良反应。制造工艺简单，成本低廉，适合市场推广应用。

本实用新型涉及一种妇科病阴道给药器。
背景技术
阴道炎和宫颈糜烂等是妇女的常见病、多发病，对于这类妇科疾病，医学上常常采用阴道给药的制剂治疗。妇科常见外用制剂有栓剂、凝胶剂、片剂(阴道片/泡腾片)、膜剂、洗剂、胶囊剂，此外还有阴道环、乳剂、糊剂、微球等。阴道外用制剂给药系一种非侵入性的给药途径，具有很多优势：阴道的渗透性大于直肠、皮肤，吸收较好；阴道中水解蛋白降解很少，药物不会被代谢而失活等。但除了上述优点外，该给药途径也有不足之处。
目前我国常规的妇科外用制剂有一些共性的缺点：在阴道中保留时间短、分布不均匀、给药不方便、不溶性药用敷料排出困难等等，特别是宫颈炎等需要阴道深部给药的制剂，药物很难在有效部位持久发挥作用，影响了治疗效果。国内曾陆续有人在这一领域提出改进方案，如公开号为CN2063421的“阴道药粉喷撒器”、公开号为CN2531809的“药用阴道栓”等等，但均未有效的解决阴道靶向给药的难题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提出一种制造成本低廉，使用方便的妇科病阴道靶向给药器，适合于临床推广应用。
本实用新型的给药器的特征是，其形状为一适于置入妇女阴道的柱状体，其顶端为凹球、下端为圆柱体(或接近圆柱体)。凹球面的大小与女性宫颈吻合。顶端凹球面内与圆柱体两侧分别设有药物注入(塞入)口，从顶端凹球面侧面到圆柱体两侧设有纵向与横向相互交叉连通的引流槽，其圆柱体下端设有一拉绳。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以根据患者不同的病症部位进行靶向给药，例如治疗宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂等疾病时，可将固体药物的塞入或可将胶状(液态)药物的注入顶端凹球面药物注入(塞入)口内，然后将其推入阴道后，使顶端凹球面与宫颈良好吻合接触，使药物能在治疗部位持久发挥作用。治疗各种阴道炎疾病时，塞入的固体药物或注入的胶状(液态)药物流入圆柱体两侧的药物注入(塞入)口中。药物可在圆柱体内溶解释放，沿导流槽分布扩散，药物不易流出，持久作用于有效部位。治疗宫颈炎、阴道炎复合交叉感染时，可凹球面内与圆柱体内分别注入(塞入)不同药物，更有针对性地进行治疗。治疗完毕，通过拉绳将该给药器从阴道中拉出。
本实用新型的优点是无论那种阴道药物制剂，都可以在有效部位持久滞留发挥作用，并能将各种药物本身或敷料中的不溶性物质带出体外，减少药物不良反应。制造工艺简单，成本低廉，适合市场推广应用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型具有制造工艺简单，成本低廉等特点。根据本实用新型结构示意图，开出模具，将医用海绵、PVC、医用硅橡胶等软体材料用该模具一次性制作成型。下面以医用硅橡胶材料为例，进一步举例说明。
1、根据本实用新型示意图所示开模具。技术要求如下：
将硅橡胶注塑成型，使成品的顶端凹球面体1的直径为25mm，超出圆柱体2的部分应薄而柔软，能随意折叠或下翻不变形，折叠或下翻后能恢复原状；顶端凹球面体1中心位置塑有药物注入(塞入)口6，该药物注入(塞入)口长8mm，宽5mm，深5mm，应有一定伸缩性，便于药物注入(塞入)；成品的圆柱体2至少应有2个侧面纵向导流槽8与侧面横向导流槽9，导流槽深度与宽度均为1mm，方便药物溶出后均匀流动分布；圆柱体2中至少应有1个药物注入(塞入)口3，药物注入(塞入)口长8mm，宽3mm，深5mm，应有一定伸缩性，便于药物注入(塞入)；药物注入(塞入)口与对应侧面贯通，形成药物对流通道5，便于药物溶解释放后沿导流槽分布扩散；圆柱体2长为5cm，直径为1.2cm；圆柱体2尾端应留有直径1mm小孔，便于系上拉绳4。
2、一次性注塑成型。
3、系上拉绳4。
4、外观检验、质量检验。
5、灭菌处理。
6、无菌条件下封装小包装。
7、成品。
本实用新型选用材料、规格大小等不限于以上举例。
Claims (1)
1.一种妇科阴道靶向给药器，其特征在于，该给药器为一适于置入妇女阴道的柱状体，其顶端为一凹球，下端为圆柱体；所述凹球可与女性宫颈吻合；所述凹球中心及圆柱体两侧设有注入口；该凹球两侧分别设有纵向引流槽，圆柱体两侧设有横行引流槽，两种引流槽相互交错；圆柱体下端设有拉绳。
