本实用样新型涉及一种工业缝纫机用的电机结构。
背景技术
目前,工业缝纫机用的电机,大都是采用漆包铜线绕制定子线圈,尚没有采用漆包铝线绕制的工业缝纫机电机。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的是提供一种漆包铝线绕制的工业缝纫机电机结构,该电机定子的线槽面积,比相同功率的工业缝纫机电机的线槽面积,大1.5-1.6倍,线径大1.2-1.27倍,采用漆包铝线绕制。
定子的外径b,为120±5mm;外径宽边a,为110±5mm;内径c,为60±3mm;线槽顶端对角线的距离i,为83±5mm。
绕线槽的最宽处d,为6.0-7.0mm;最窄处f,为4.6-5.3mm;开口宽度e,为2-2.3mm;口颈深度g、h,分别为1mm和1.5mm。
本实用新型的优点是,达到同等电机输出功率,既节省了铜材,又减轻了电机的重量,并且还降低了本成本,一举三得。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2所示,电机定子1的线槽2面积,比相同功率的工业缝纫机电机的线槽面积,大1.5-1.6倍,线径大1.2-1.27倍,采用漆包铝线绕制。
由附图1可见,定子的外径b,为120±5mm;外径宽边a,为110±5mm;内径c,为60±3mm;线槽顶端对角线的距离i,为83±5mm。
绕线槽的最宽处d,为6.0-7.0mm;最窄处f,为4.6-5.3mm;开口宽度e,为2-2.3mm;口颈深度g、h,分别为1mm和1.5mm。
