Abstract

Se describe un proceso para la manufactura de un estator externo (11; 111; 211; 311; 411; 511) para un motor eléctrico (13; 113; 213; 313; 413; 513) , dicho estator (11; 111; 211; 311; 411; 511) comprende polos de estator (2; 102; 202; 302; 402; 502) rodeados por bobinas (5; 105; 205; 305; 405; 505), dicho proceso incluye las siguientes etapas: - preparar un cuerpo laminar (1; 101; 201; 301; 401; 501), de material ferromagnético, con forma alargada y provisto con protuberancias laminares (2; 102; 202; 302; 402; 502) - insertar una bobina (5; 105; 205; 305; 405; 505) de material conductor alrededor de cada una de las protuberancias laminares (2; 102; 202; 302; 402; 502) - deformar las zonas terminales (7; 107; 207; 307; 407; 507) de dichas protuberancias laminares (2; 102; 202; 302; 402; 502) de tal manera que las zonas terminales (7; 107; 207; 307; 407; 507) adopten una forma preferentemente curvada hacia fuera; - cerrar dicho cuerpo laminar (1; 101; 201; 301; 401; 501) de tal forma que las protuberancias laminares (2; 102; 202; 302; 402; 502) estén en una posición interna y adaptadas para servir como polos de estator.
