本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池极群叠片盒,属于蓄电池生产制造领域。
背景技术
在蓄电池的生产过程中,有一道整理极群极耳的工序。传统的整理工序是操作工人将若干片的极片和隔板拿在手中,按照一定的顺序装叠在一起构成极群,装叠过程中,极群的正负极耳都是不整齐的,需要操作工人另外使用铁条和铁板来整理。中国国家知识产权局于2006年3月29日公告了一种名称为用于整理极群组极耳的整理器的实用新型专利,公告号为CN2768216,该专利对传统的整理工序进行了改进,采用了一种整理器,该整理器上设有整理槽,整理槽之间设有与正负极耳间距相当的定位条,通过敲击整理器使之整体下移来实现整理极耳的目的,虽然其改进一定程度提高了工作效率,但在叠片后仍需借助外在的工具来整理,并无法省去整理极耳这一工序。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄电池极群叠片盒,可以有效提高极片和隔板的叠片速度,且在叠片的同时保持极群极耳的整齐不错位,从而省去整理极耳的工序,并避免产生极群的步步高现象。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:一种蓄电池极群叠片盒,包括叠片盒盒体,所述盒体的前端面设有极耳定位槽,所述盒体的底面设有手指取片孔。
所述的极耳定位槽的横截面形状为方形或者楔形。
所述手指取片孔的形状为方形或者弧形。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,可以有效提高叠片的速度,叠片的同时保持极耳的整齐不错位,同时不损伤极耳和隔板,并且能避免产生极群的步步高现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本实用新型一种蓄电池极群叠片盒的实施例,包括叠片盒盒体1,所述盒体1的前端面12上设有极耳定位槽2,其横截面形状为方形或者楔形,当极片和隔板进行叠片时,由于极耳定位槽2的导向和定位作用,能有效提高叠片的速度,在叠片的同时能保持极群极耳的整齐不错位,且不会对极耳和隔板造成损伤,保证产品的质量,因此在叠片的同时完成了对正负极耳的整理,可以省去叠片完成后整理极耳的工序,从而提高生产效率。所述盒体1的底面13设有手指取片孔3,其形状为方形或者符合手指形状的弧形,通过手指取片孔3可以将叠片完成后的极群整体取出,不需要再对极耳进行整理便能进行下一步对极耳的烧焊工序。盒体1的盒体壁11对极群的高度进行了定位,避免了极群的步步高现象,且对隔板进行了定位。
该实用新型能使原来的手工叠片速度提高30%,在叠片的同时完成对极群极耳的整理,省去了整理极耳的工序,提高了生产效率,且不损伤极片和隔板,保证产品的质量。

1.一种蓄电池极群叠片盒,其特征在于:包括叠片盒盒体(1),所述盒体(1)的前端面(12)设有极耳定位槽(2),盒体(1)的底面(13)设有手指取片孔(3)。
