Abstract

一种减振发电装置,其特征是,弧形齿条与传动双齿轮中间的小齿轮相啮合,传动双齿轮的上齿轮与转向齿轮啮合,棘轮轴中间固定连接双面棘轮,上下活动连接棘轮上齿轮和棘轮下齿轮,转向齿轮与棘轮上齿轮啮合,传动双齿轮的下齿轮与棘轮下齿轮啮合,双面棘轮的两面均连接连动板和棘爪,棘轮轴连接发电机。本实用新型的优点是:1.充分利用振动产生的动能来发电,既避免了振动带来的麻烦,又解决了能源问题;2.结构简单,设计合理;3.安装使用方便,在汽车、火车、摩托车以及其它振动器材下均可安装。

本实用新型涉及一种减振发电装置
背景技术
人们在乘车外出途中,汽车的颠簸产生振动,导致人们坐在车椅上感觉不舒服,而且汽车的振动产生能量,能量被浪费,综合利用各种能量来发电(如水能、太阳能、风能、潮汐能),是人们开发研究的主要课题,综合利用振动能量来发电,至今未见报道。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种减振发电装置,它能将因振动产生的能量来进行发电。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括弧形齿条、传动双齿轮、转向齿轮、双面棘轮、棘爪、连动板、发电机,其特征是,弧形齿条与传动双齿轮中间的小齿轮相啮合,传动双齿轮的上齿轮与转向齿轮啮合,棘轮轴中间固定连接双面棘轮,上下分别活动连接棘轮上齿轮和棘轮下齿轮,转向齿轮与棘轮上齿轮啮合,传动双齿轮的下齿轮与棘轮下齿轮连接,双面棘轮的两面均连接连动板和棘爪,棘轮轴连接发电机,当人们按压弧形齿条时,带动传动双齿轮转动,弧形齿条下压,传动双齿轮的下齿轮带动棘轮下齿轮转动,双面棘轮顺时方向转,当弧形齿条上移时,传动双齿轮的上齿轮带动转向齿轮转,转向齿轮再带动棘轮上齿轮转动,双面棘轮还是顺时方向转,从而使发电机朝一个方向转,进行发电。
本实用新型的优点是:1、充分利用振动产生的动能来发电,既避免了振动带来的麻烦,又解决了能源问题;2、结构简单,设计合理;3、安装使用方便,在汽车、火车、摩托车以及其它振动器材下均可安装。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本实用新型包括弧形齿条2、传动双齿轮4、转向齿轮5、双面棘轮8、棘爪10、连动板9、发电机12,其特征是,在外壳1体内,弧形齿条2与传动双齿轮4中间的小齿轮3相啮合,传动双齿轮4的上齿轮与转向齿轮5啮合,棘轮轴6中间固定连接双面棘轮8,上下活动连接棘轮上齿轮7和棘轮下齿轮11,转向齿轮5与棘轮上齿轮7连接,传动双齿轮4与棘轮下齿轮11连接,双面棘轮8的两面均连接连动板9和棘爪10,棘轮轴连接发电机12,使用时,将本装置安装在椅子13下,椅子前端通过活动转轴15连接,在后端连有弹簧14,随着汽车的颠簸,椅子上下振动,带动弧形齿条上下运动,带动传动双齿轮4转动,弧形齿条2下压,传动双齿轮4的下齿轮带动棘轮下齿轮11转动,双面棘轮8顺时方向转,当弧形齿条2上移时,传动双齿轮4的上齿轮带动转向齿轮转,转向齿轮再带动棘轮上齿轮7转动,双面棘轮8还是顺时方向转,从而使发电机12朝一个方向转,进行发电,双面棘轮上的连动板和棘爪顶住双面棘轮,使双面棘轮只能朝一个方向运动。

1.一种减振发电装置,它包括弧形齿条、传动双齿轮、转向齿轮、双面棘轮、棘爪、连动板、发电机,其特征是,弧形齿条与传动双齿轮中间的小齿轮相啮合,传动双齿轮的上齿轮与转向齿轮啮合,棘轮轴中间固定连接双面棘轮,上下活动连接棘轮上齿轮和棘轮下齿轮,转向齿轮与棘轮上齿轮连接,传动双齿轮的下齿轮与棘轮下齿轮连接,双面棘轮的两面均连接连动板和棘爪,棘轮轴连接发电机。
