Abstract

本实用新型为一种齿面金刚石复合片,包括金刚石层和硬质合金基体层,在所述金刚石层的端面设有曲面排齿结构,曲面排齿结构包括齿及齿间的沟槽。采用本实用新型的金刚石复合片做成的钻头,可以明显改进钻齿的破岩效率,大大提高钻头的钻进速度。

齿面金刚石复合片
技术领域
本实用新型属于超硬材料领域,具体涉及一种金刚石-硬质合金复合片,简称金刚石复合片。
背景技术
金刚石复合片是将金刚石粉末添加一定的结合剂与硬质合金基体组装在一起后,在专用金刚石液压机上在超高压高温条件下烧结制得。它由一层多晶金刚石层和硬质合金基体层构成。由于多晶金刚石层硬度高、耐磨性好,加上硬质合金基体的良好韧性和可焊性,使其在石油钻探、地质钻探及煤田开采应用中成为目前最优秀、最有发展前途的钻头钻齿。
目前金刚石复合片钻齿的金刚石端面都是平面、球面或弧形面。用这些金刚石复合片钻齿做成钻头,在钻井初期由于钻齿的着力点小,钻头的钻进速度比较快。随着钻齿端面工作部位由平面、球面或圆弧面被磨损成平面,钻齿与岩石的接触面积也在加大,表现为钻头越来越钝,钻头的钻进速度变慢。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有金刚石复合片存在的上述问题,提供一种能改善破岩效率、提高钻头的钻进速度的齿面金刚石复合片。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型包括金刚石层和硬质合金基体层,在所述金刚石层的端面设有曲面排齿结构,曲面排齿结构包括齿及齿间的沟槽。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:本实用新型在焊接金刚石复合片钻头时应使金刚石层端面上的曲面排齿结构的沟槽方向指向岩石面,在钻岩工作中金刚石层端面上的曲面排齿结构成为工作部位,曲面排齿结构的一排“牙齿”成为刃口,这排齿的切岩能力和效果要远胜过现有无齿的金刚石复合片钻齿,而且这种效果可以一直保持到整个钻齿失效,所以采用本实用新型的金刚石复合片做成的钻头,可以明显改进钻齿的破岩效率,大大提高钻头的钻进速度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,实施例一由金刚石层1和硬质合金基体层2组合而成,金刚石层1的端面由曲面排齿结构和平面4组合而成,其中曲面排齿结构占金刚石层1端面直径的二分之一,这种组合形的金刚石层端面,以曲面排齿结构完成钻削工作,而平面部分有利于岩石屑的排开,实施例一的曲面排齿结构主要是由齿3及齿间的沟槽3连接而成,每个沟槽3与金刚石层1端面的平面4的接合处设有一个45°倾角的小斜面6如图4所示,小斜面6有利于排屑,很重要。上述小斜面的倾角一般在10°-45°之间。
如图5所示,实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于:实施例一中曲面排齿结构的齿3和沟槽5的截面形状为三角形,而实施例二中曲面排齿结构的齿7和沟槽的截面形状为波浪形。
实施例一和实施例二中金刚石层的端面均为组合型,由曲面排齿结构和平面组合而成。在这种金刚石层端面组合型的金刚石复合片中,曲面排齿结构从边缘起一般占金刚石层端面直径的六分之一至二分之一。
本实用新型还可在金刚石层的整个端面设有曲面排齿结构,例如实施例三至实施例六,实施例三至实施例六它们之间的区别仅在于曲面排齿结构的齿和沟槽的形状不同:如图6所示,实施例三中曲面排齿结构的齿8和沟槽的形状为三角形;如图7所示,实施例四中曲面排齿结构的齿9和沟槽的形状为梯形;如图8所示,实施例五中曲面排齿结构的齿10和沟槽的形状为波浪形;如图9所示,实施例六中曲面排齿结构的齿11和沟槽的形状为方形。
如上所述,本实用新型中曲面排齿结构的齿或沟槽的截面形状可以采用三角形或梯形或方形或圆弧形或波浪形,或其它形状,齿和沟槽的形状可以相同,也可以不同,同一个金刚石复合片中各个齿的形状可以相同或不相同,各个沟槽的形状也可以相同或不相同,可以由上述两种或两种以上形状进行组合。
本实用新型可在金刚石层与硬质合金基体层的结合面上采用各种形状的齿形结构,该内界面的齿形结构的沟槽的方向最好与金刚石层端面的曲面排齿结构的沟槽方向垂直。

Claims (9)

1.一种齿面金刚石复合片,包括金刚石层和硬质合金基体层,其特征在于:在所述金刚石层的端面设有曲面排齿结构,曲面排齿结构包括齿及齿间的沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:在所述金刚石层的整个端面设有曲面排齿结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:在所述金刚石层的部分端面设有曲面排齿结构,金刚石层的端面由曲面排齿结构和平面组合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:所述曲面排齿结构的每个沟槽与所述平面的接合处设有一个10°-45°倾角的斜面。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:所述曲面排齿结构从边缘起占金刚石层端面直径的六分之一至二分之一。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:在所述金刚石层与硬质合金基体层的结合面上采用齿形结构,该内界面齿形结构的沟槽的方向与金刚石层端面的曲面排齿结构的沟槽方向垂直。
7.根据权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:所述曲面排齿结构的齿或沟槽的截面形状为三角形或梯形或方形或圆弧形或波浪形,各个齿的形状相同或不相同,各个沟槽的形状相同或不相同。
8.根据权利要求5任一权利要求所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:所述曲面排齿结构的齿或沟槽的截面形状为三角形或梯形或方形或圆弧形或波浪形,各个齿的形状相同或不相同,各个沟槽的形状相同或不相同。
9.根据权利要求6任一权利要求所述的齿面金刚石复合片,其特征在于:所述曲面排齿结构的齿或沟槽的截面形状为三角形或梯形或方形或圆弧形或波浪形,各个齿的形状相同或不相同,各个沟槽的形状相同或不相同。
