Abstract
隧道顶返式水压沼气池,涉及一种沼气池,提供一种适合于大中型(人蓄、秸秆类)发酵制沼,瓢舀渣液方便,料利用率高,充分发酵,产气率高,供气均匀稳定,适合于远距离送气,有利于保护池体,能有效解决浮渣结壳,残渣沉积问题,使用寿命较长的隧道顶返式水压沼气池。设有发酵池,水压间,发酵池和水压间串联连通,发酵池为隧道型,发酵池和水压间一侧设进料口,另一侧设溢流口和排渣口,发酵池上部的储气室设出气口,出气口接导气管。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其是采用人或动物排泄物和其他有机物制成沼气和肥料的设备。
背景技术
目前在我国农村推广的沼气池是采用圆筒形水压沼气型的结构,以国家标准的M3圆筒型水压沼气池为例,其池型的结构特点是1、主池属于圆形,相对于其他形状(如椭圆、方体)其容量大,墙壁受力均匀,池体相对牢固,进料后布料均匀,发酵较充分;2、采用水压式,其主池上部贮气室完全封闭,出料间(俗称副池)既是出料处又是水压间。随着沼气的不断产生,主池间液面随之升高。当用气时,沼气减少,水压间的料液又返回池内。这样,部分料液的来回串动,引起水压的反复变化,达到贮存和排放沼气的目的。
以上沼气池的主要优点是1、能充气利用土壤的承载能力,池体受力性良好;2、适于装填多种发酵原料(猪粪便、作物桔杆等);3、便于经常进料,猪舍、厕所粪便随时都能打扫进池;4、池体周围都与土壤接触,对池体保温有一定作用。但是存在以下缺点:1、由于气压反复变化,对池体强度和使用沼气的灯具、灶具燃烧效率的稳定与提高都有不利的影响;2、由于没有搅拌装置,池内浮渣容易结壳,又难于破碎,所以发酵原料的利用率不高,池容产气率偏低(每天仅为0.15M3/M3左右);3、由于只有一个发酵池,当进料较频繁,进料量较大时,会使一些原料不经发酵就溢出,不能充分发酵。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对已有圆筒型水压式沼气池存在的缺点,提供一种适合于大中型(人蓄、秸秆类)发酵制沼,瓢舀渣液方便,料利用率高,充分发酵,产气率高,供气均匀稳定,适合于远距离送气,有利于保护池体,能有效解决浮渣结壳,残渣沉积问题,使用寿命较长的隧道顶返式水压自动排渣沼气池。
本实用新型设有发酵池和水压间,发酵池和水压间串联连通,发酵池为隧道型,在发酵池和水压间一侧设进料口,在发酵池和水压间另一侧设溢流口和排渣口,发酵池上部的贮气室设出气口,出气口接导气管。在发酵池的顶部设池盖,在发酵池上部贮气室的出气口设阀门。
与已有的沼气池相比,本实用新型的优点是:1)采用隧道式,原料在池中滞留时间长,充分发酵,大大提高原料利用率。2)产气量高,大于40%,使用过程中气压均匀稳定,3)可适用于远距离输送(1-2公里)。4)水中包气,减少气压变化对池壁的冲击,延长发酵池的使用寿命。5)容易查出是否漏气,提高使用安全性。6)适用于大中型养殖场。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型设有发酵池1、11,进料口2在发酵池的一侧,发酵池顶部设导气管3和4,发酵池顶部中央位置设一个检查天窗口5,砖墩6位于池顶中部,水压间7、10在发酵池进料口的对应一侧且与发酵池下半部连通,溢流口8开在水压间的上方,9为储气室。

1.隧道顶返式水压沼气池,其特征在于设有发酵池和水压间,发酵池和水压间串联连通,发酵池为隧道型,在发酵池和水压间一侧设进料口,另一侧设溢流口和排渣口,发酵池上部的储气室设出气口,出气口接导气管。
2.如权利1所述的隧道顶返式水压沼气池,其特征在于在发酵池的顶部设池盖。
3.如权利1或2所述的隧道顶返式水压沼气池,其特征在于在发酵池上部储气室的出气口设阀门。
4.如权利1或2或3所述的隧道顶返式水压沼气池,其特征在于在发酵池顶部中央位置设一个检查天窗口。
