本实用新型涉及机械技术中的空压机，是一种空压机上使用的部件，具体地说，是一种螺杆式空压机立式进气阀。
背景技术：
常用的螺杆式空压机上的常闭活塞式进气阀，有阀体，阀体上有进气口和出气口，阀体内装有止回阀元件，阀体通过管路与泄放阀连接，阀体通常都是一体式的，而在进气口内侧装有一个卡簧，卡簧内再装有一个密封环，以提供阀体内装有的止回阀元件中的阀板与其构成密封副。这样的结构通常会造成密封环易损坏，影响了整体阀的工作可靠性。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、密封件少、故障率低、成本低、使用寿命长的螺杆式空压机立式进气阀。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种螺杆式空压机立式进气阀，有阀体，阀体上有进气口和出气口，阀体内装有止回阀元件，阀体联接有泄放阀，其特征是：泄放阀直接装在阀体上，泄放阀上装有电磁阀。
本实用新型中所述的阀体由上下阀体两部分组成，上阀体装于下阀体上。上阀体进气口内侧有密封面。泄放阀与阀体进气口间装有泄放管。
本实用新型的有益效果为：结构简单、密封件少、密封可靠、故障率低、成本低、寿命长、可靠性好。

附图描述了本实用新型的一个实施例，在该例中，有阀体1，阀体1上有进气口21和出气口22，阀体1内装有止回阀元件，止回阀元件包括：活塞2、复位弹簧3、阀杆4、弹簧座5、密封圈14、止回弹簧15等器件，阀体1联接有泄放阀13，泄放阀13包括：泄荷阀芯8、导柱9、密封圈10、阻尼阀芯11、阀盖12、密封圈17、18、螺母19、螺丝20等器件，泄放阀13直接装在阀体1上，泄放阀13上装有电磁阀23。所述的阀体1由上、下阀体两部分组成，上阀体(阀座)7装于下阀体上。上阀体7进气口内侧有密封面24。泄放阀13与阀体1进气口间装有泄放管。阀体上还包括密封垫6、螺栓16等器件，及电磁阀。

1.一种螺杆式空压机立式进气阀，有阀体，阀体上有进气口和出气口，阀体内装有止回阀元件，阀体联接有泄放阀，其特征是：泄放阀直接装在阀体上，泄放阀上装有电磁阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆式空压机立式进气阀，其特征是：阀体由上下阀体两部分组成，上阀体装于下阀体上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺杆式空压机立式进气阀，其特征是：上阀体进气口内侧有密封面。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的螺杆式空压机立式进气阀，其特征是：泄放阀与阀体进气口间装有泄放管。
