Abstract

一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,其特征在于它由金属卡箍和套在金属卡箍外的塑料套构成;其优越性在于:1.带塑料套的金属卡箍能够顺利完成塑料管道与管接头之间的紧固对接;2.保证金属卡箍,塑料管道与管接头之间的相对位置,定位准确,方便;3.方便的检验金属卡箍是否夹紧到位;4.使用方便,使连接管连接整体质量提高,并且可以提高安装效率。

Description

一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种五金工具,尤其是一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍。
(二)背景技术:
塑料管道在工业、农业及城市建设中,被广泛使用,如应用在供水、煤气等方面。塑料管道需要金属管接头进行连接。金属管接头对塑料管道的可靠性、密封性至关重要。金属管接头进行连接时,为了达到快速准确牢固的进行管件连接近些年借助辅助塑件连接方式有很多种,但是都存在不同的缺陷,要么操作不方便,要么密封性不好,要么造价太高。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,它不仅克服了现有的管连接的不足,而且操作简单、定位准确、夹紧后塑料管道的密闭性好,有效地提高安装效率,实用性很强。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,其特征在于它由金属卡箍和套在金属卡箍外的塑料套构成;所说的金属卡箍上有凸起和夹紧部位;所说的塑料套一端的内径小于塑料管道外径,另一端的内径大于塑料管道外径,塑料套的内壁上内径小于塑料管道外径的一端有台阶,内径大于塑料管道外径的一端有径向挡爪,台阶与径向挡爪之间为与金属卡箍宽度一致的沟槽;塑料套上有开口,其位置分别与金属卡箍的凸起和夹紧部位的位置相对应。
上述所说的与凸起的位置相对应的开口的两侧的内壁上有与金属卡箍凸起宽度一致的凹槽和与金属卡箍外形相配合的随形轮廓。
上述所说的与夹紧部位的位置相对应开口的边形成一个直面,其中位于金属卡箍平行位置的边上有指示金属卡箍被夹紧程度的指示台。
上述所说的塑料套内壁上内径小于塑料管道外径一端的台阶上有倒角,倒角与塑料套的内径小于塑料管道外径一端之间的轴向长度对应金属管接头一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,倒角与径向挡爪之间的长度对应金属管接头一侧的螺纹总长度。
本实用新型的工作过程为:先将预先准备好的金属卡箍从塑料套的大端装入塑料套内,使带塑料套的凹槽和金属卡箍的凸起部位相吻合并使塑料套的径向挡爪钩住金属卡箍端面,使金属卡箍在塑料套内不能移动和旋转,这时称为带塑料套的金属卡箍;把带塑料套的金属卡箍套在金属管接头上,当塑料套小端限位件抵住金属管接头的端面时说明安装到位并使指示台朝上;此时装入塑料管道,塑料管道由大端穿过带塑料套的金属卡箍,由于在塑料套内部台阶倒角的导向塑料管道顺利装入,此时在塑料套的直面部位可以目视到端部,以保证的塑料塑料管道的端部与塑料套小端内边紧密结触;因为塑料套的外壁上有直面便于夹紧工具夹紧,此时用夹紧工具夹紧金属卡箍,金属卡箍的位置将正好压在金属管接头的螺纹部位;被夹紧变形的金属卡箍将塑料塑料管道与金属管接头紧固到位,带塑料套的金属卡箍卡箍指示台指示夹紧到位,塑料管道与金属管接头的连接过程完毕。
本实用新型的优越性在于:1、带塑料套的金属卡箍能够顺利完成塑料管道与管接头之间的紧固对接;2、保证金属卡箍,塑料管道与管接头之间的相对位置,定位准确,方便;3、方便的检验金属卡箍是否夹紧到位;4、使用方便,使连接管连接整体质量提高,并且可以提高安装效率。

其中,1为套在金属卡箍外的塑料套:1-1为开口I,1-2为开口II,1-3为指示台,1-4为径向挡爪,1-5为凹槽,1-6为直面,1-7为倒角,1-8为台阶,1-9为沟槽,1-10为随形轮廓;
2为金属卡箍:2-1为夹紧部位,2-2为凸起I,2-3为凸起II;
3为塑料管道;
4为金属管接头。
(五)具体实施方式:
实施例:一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍(见图1-5),其特征在于它由金属卡箍2和套在金属卡箍外的塑料套1构成;所说的金属卡箍上有凸起I2-2、凸起II2-3和夹紧部位2-1;所说的塑料套1一端的内径小于塑料管道3外径,另一端的内径大于塑料管道3外径,塑料套1的内壁上内径小于塑料管道外径的一端有台阶1-8,内径大于塑料管道外径的一端有径向挡爪1-4,台阶与径向挡爪1-4之间为与金属卡箍宽度一致的沟槽1-9;塑料套上有开口,其位置分别与金属卡箍的凸起I 2-2、凸起II 2-3和夹紧部位2-1的位置相对应。
上述所说的与凸起的位置相对应的开口I 1-1和开口II 1-2的两侧的内壁上有与金属卡箍凸起宽度一致的凹槽1-5和与金属卡箍2外形相配合的随形轮廓1-10。(见图3)
上述所说的与夹紧部位2-1的位置相对应开口的边形成一个直面1-6,其中位于金属卡箍2平行位置的边上有指示金属卡箍被夹紧程度的指示台1-3。(见图3)
上述所说的塑料套1内壁上内径小于塑料管道外径一端的台阶上有倒角1-7,倒角1-7与塑料套的内径小于塑料管道外径一端之间的轴向长度对应金属管接头4一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,倒角1-7与径向挡爪之间的长度对应金属管接头4一侧的螺纹总长度。(见图3、图5)

Claims (4)

1、一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,其特征在于它由金属卡箍和套在金属卡箍外的塑料套构成;所说的金属卡箍上有凸起和夹紧部位;所说的塑料套一端的内径小于塑料管道外径,另一端的内径大于塑料管道外径,塑料套的内壁上内径小于塑料管道外径的一端有台阶,内径大于塑料管道外径的一端有径向挡爪,台阶与径向挡爪之间为与金属卡箍宽度一致的沟槽;塑料套上有开口,其位置分别与金属卡箍的凸起和夹紧部位的位置相对应。
2、根据权利要求1所说的一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,其特征在于所说的与凸起的位置相对应的开口的两侧的内壁上有与金属卡箍凸起宽度一致的凹槽和与金属卡箍外形相配合的随形轮廓。
3、根据权利要求1所说的一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,其特征在于所说的与夹紧部位的位置相对应开口的边形成一个直面,其中位于金属卡箍平行位置的边上有指示金属卡箍被夹紧程度的指示台。
4、根据权利要求1所说的一种连接塑料管道与金属管接头的带塑料套的金属卡箍,其特征在于所说的塑料套内壁上内径小于塑料管道外径一端的台阶上有倒角,倒角与塑料套的内径小于塑料管道外径一端之间的轴向长度对应金属管接头一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,倒角与径向挡爪之间的长度对应金属管接头一侧的螺纹总长度。
