Abstract
一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件,其特征在于它是由塑料套与金属紧固环所构成,所说的塑料套外壁带有镂空槽,其一端带有径向限位件,另一端面与环状结构的金属紧固环一端面热熔连接;所说的塑料套与金属紧固环相加后有一轴向长度,其塑料套的长度为管接头一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,金属紧固环的长度对应管接头一侧的螺纹总长度,金属紧固环置于对应管接头螺纹部分的同心套压的外侧位置。本实用新型产品的优越性在于:1.金属紧固环用于塑料管的紧固作用;2.带镂空槽的塑料套用于准确,方便的确定塑料管、管接头及金属紧固环的工作位置;3.使用方便,使连接管连接整体质量提高,并且可以提高安装效率。
Description
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种基于管材的管接头配件,尤其是一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件。
(二)背景技术:
管道在工业、农业及城市建设中,被广泛使用,如应用在供水、煤气等方面。管道需要管接头进行连接。管接头对管道的可靠性、密封性至关重要。近些年被广泛使用的新型管材中塑料管材(如:铝塑管,PEX管等)和金属管材(簿壁铜管,簿壁不锈钢管等)的连接方式有很多种,但是都存在不同的缺陷,要么操作不方便,要么密封性不好,要么造价太高。人们一直在寻找适用于新型管材的管接头构件。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件,它不仅能够克服现有的管连接的不足,而且操作简单、定位准确、夹紧后塑料管的密闭性好,快速提高安装效率、实用性强。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件,其特征在于它是由塑料套与金属紧固环所构成,所说的塑料套外壁带有镂空槽,其一端带有径向限位件,另一端面与环状结构的金属紧固环一端面热熔连接;所说的塑料套与金属紧固环相加后有一轴向长度,其塑料套的长度为管接头一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,金属紧固环的长度对应管接头一侧的螺纹总长度,金属紧固环置于对应管接头螺纹部分的同心套压的外侧位置。
上述所说的外壁带有镂空槽的塑料套,其外壁带有的镂空槽可呈十字分布,也可呈三角形分布。
上述所说的塑料套一端带有的径向限位件是径向挡边或径向挡爪。
本实用新型的工作过程为:先将预先准备好的塑料管装入金属紧固环与塑料套复合结构的管连接配件中,当塑料管安装到位即抵于塑料套一端带有的径向限位件时,从塑料套的镂空槽位置将看到装配好塑料管的颜色,其颜色会充满整个槽孔易于使操作者观察到,之后,再将管接头插入上述的整体塑料管中,当塑料套的插入端面顶在管接头的限位面时,表明安装到位。此时用夹紧工具夹紧金属紧固环,金属紧固环的位置将正压在管接头的螺纹部位,此时,被夹紧变形的金属紧固环将塑料管与管接头紧固到位,此塑料管材与金属管材对接的过程完毕。
本实用新型产品的优越性在于:1、金属紧固环能够顺利完成塑料管材与金属管材之间的紧固对接;2、带镂空槽的塑料套用于准确,方便的确定塑料管、管接头及金属紧固环的工作位置;3、使用方便,使连接管连接整体质量提高,并且可以提高安装效率。

1为塑料套,1-1为塑料套一端面,1-2为塑料套另一端带有的挡边限位件,1-3为塑料套上的镂空槽,

(五)具体实施方式:
实施例1:一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件(见图1-4),其特征在于它是由塑料套1与金属紧固环2所构成,所说的塑料套1外壁带有镂空槽1-3,其一端带有径向挡边限位件1-2,另一端面1-1与环状结构的金属紧固环2一端面2-1热熔连接;所说的塑料套1与金属紧固环2相加后有一轴向长度,其塑料套1的长度为管接头4一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,金属紧固环2的长度对应管接头4一侧的螺纹总长度,金属紧固环2置于对应管接头4螺纹部分的同心套压的外侧位置(见图4)。
上述所说的外壁带有镂空槽1-3的塑料套1,其外壁带有的镂空槽1-3呈十字分布。
实施例2:一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件(见图1-4),其特征在于它是由塑料套1与金属紧固环2所构成,所说的塑料套1外壁带有镂空槽1-3,其一端带有径向挡边限位件1-2,另一端面1-1与环状结构的金属紧固环2一端面2-1热熔连接;所说的塑料套1与金属紧固环2相加后有一轴向长度,其塑料套1的长度为管接头4一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,金属紧固环2的长度对应管接头4一侧的螺纹总长度,金属紧固环2置于对应管接头4螺纹部分的同心套压的外侧位置(见图4)。
上述所说的外壁带有镂空槽1-3的塑料套1,其外壁带有的镂空槽1-3呈三角形分布。
Claims (3)
1、一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件,其特征在于它是由塑料套与金属紧固环所构成,所说的塑料套外壁带有镂空槽,其一端带有径向限位件,另一端面与环状结构的金属紧固环一端面热熔连接;所说的塑料套与金属紧固环相加后有一轴向长度,其塑料套的长度为管接头一侧的限位面到其同侧的首个螺纹之间的距离,金属紧固环的长度对应管接头一侧的螺纹总长度,金属紧固环置于对应管接头螺纹部分的同心套压的外侧位置。
2、根据权利要求1所说的一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件,其特征在于所说的外壁带有镂空槽的塑料套,其外壁带有的镂空槽可呈十字分布,也可呈三角形分布。
3、根据权利要求1所说的一种连接塑料管与金属管接头的夹紧件,其特征在于所说的塑料套一端带有的径向限位件是径向挡边或径向挡爪。
