Abstract
本实用新型是一种喷墨打印机墨盒用的遮光式浮动显示装置,旨在提供一种结构简单、制造容易、显示直接、正确,反光强度大的遮光式浮动显示装置。包括安装在打印机上储存墨水的容器,在容器内设有摆动轴,摆动轴上装有弯曲的摆臂,摆臂绕摆动轴摆动,摆臂的一端制有浮子,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降,摆臂的另一端设有不透光或基本不透光的遮光板,在储存墨水的容器近底部位置设有朝向容器内底面的反光面,反光面正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,至少探头所对容器底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成,容器中有墨水时,遮光板遮住反光面,当墨水快用尽时浮子下降,带动遮光板移动并不遮住反光面,反射光给探头信号,表示墨水将用尽。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷墨打印机用的墨盒,尤其涉及一种在墨盒体或墨水盒中用于指示墨水用完的遮光式浮动显示装置。
背景技术
目前市场上出现的喷墨打印机,在打印中,为了给用户指示墨水储存容器的墨水用完,往往在墨盒上制有或安装有三角形的聚光块,起到三棱镜的效果,打印机上在墨盒聚光块的下面装有墨水用量检测传感器探头。当墨盒中的墨水用完时,聚光块露出墨水面,被光线照射,聚光块将照射过来的光线集中反射到墨水用量检测传感器探头,给打印机的墨水用量检测传感器探头信号,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,以便用户采取措施。但这样的结构要求制造墨盒的材料透光性很好、成本高,墨盒的模具制造和工艺复杂,而且在实际使用中,在外界光线较弱的条件下聚光效果不好,容易产生提示差错。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单、制造容易、显示直接、正确的喷墨打印机墨盒用遮光式浮动显示装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:包括安装在打印机上储存墨水的容器,在容器内设有摆动轴,摆动轴上装有弯曲的摆臂,摆臂绕摆动轴摆动,摆臂的一端制有浮子,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降,摆臂的另一端设有不透光或基本不透光的遮光板,其特征在于在储存墨水的容器近底部位置设有朝向容器内底面的反光面,反光面正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,至少探头所对容器底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成,容器中有墨水时,遮光板遮住反光面,当墨水快用尽时浮子下降,带动遮光板移动并不遮住反光面,反射光给探头信号,表示墨水将用尽。
按照上述方案制造的遮光式浮动显示装置,当容器中的墨水用完时,浮子下沉,遮光板不挡住反光面,反光面与探头之间也没有或有较少墨水隔离,反光面上的反光穿过容器的底层及少量墨水层,给墨水用量检测传感器探头信号,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,以便用户采取措施。该方案比用三角形的聚光块反光强度大,结构简单、制造方便、性能可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是储存墨水的容器中有墨水时的主视图。它有用透明或半透明塑料制成储存墨水的开口容器1,在容器1内设有摆动轴2。摆动轴2上装有弯曲的摆臂3,摆臂3绕摆动轴2摆动,摆臂3的一端制有浮子4,浮子4随墨水量的多少而升降,摆臂3的另一端设有在遮光板5,整个摆臂3是用比重小于墨水、不透光或基本不透光的塑料制成。在储存墨水的容器1近底部位置设有朝向容器内底面的反光面6,反光面6正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头7,反光面6上固定有反光的不锈钢板或铝箔的反光材料8,也可在反光面6上涂有反光材料8。在容器1的开口上用塑料薄膜9密封,形成密闭的储存墨水的容器1。容器1中有墨水时,遮光板5遮住反光面6,探头7接收不到信号,表示容器1中还有墨水。
图2是储存墨水的容器中快无墨水时的主视图。当墨水快用尽时,浮子4下降,带动遮光板5移动,并不遮住反光面6,反射光给探头7信号,表示墨水即将用尽。
如果整个储存墨水的容器1不用透明或半透明塑料制成的话,至少探头7所对容器1底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成。
Claims (6)
1、遮光式浮动显示装置,包括安装在打印机上储存墨水的容器,在容器内设有摆动轴,摆动轴上装有弯曲的摆臂,摆臂绕摆动轴摆动,摆臂的一端制有浮子,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降,摆臂的另一端设有不透光或基本不透光的遮光板,其特征在于在储存墨水的容器近底部位置设有朝向容器内底面的反光面,反光面正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,至少探头所对容器底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成,容器中有墨水时,遮光板遮住反光面,当墨水快用尽时浮子下降,带动遮光板移动并不遮住反光面,反射光给探头信号,表示墨水将用尽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的遮光式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的反光面上涂有反光材料或固定有反光材料。
3、根据权利要求2所述的遮光式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所固定的反光材料是指有反光的不锈钢板或铝箔。
4、根据权利要求1所述的遮光式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的摆臂是由比墨水比重小的塑料制成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的遮光式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的容器是由透明或半透明的塑料材料制成的。
6、根据权利要求1所述的遮光式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的摆臂是由不透光或基本不透光的材料制成。
