Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种摆臂式浮动显示装置,旨在提供一种结构简单、制造容易、显示直接、正确的摆臂式浮动显示装置。包括安装在打印机上储存墨水的容器,容器内设有摆动轴,摆动轴上装有摆臂,摆臂绕摆动轴摆动,摆臂上制有浮子,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降,在浮子上设有朝向容器内底面的反光面,当墨水快使用完时,反光面正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,探头所对容器底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成的。当容器中的墨水用完时,反光面与打印机的墨水用量检测传感器探头之间没有或较少墨水隔离,反光给墨水用量检测传感器探头信号,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,以便用户采取措施。它反光强度大,结构简单、制造方便、性能可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷墨打印机用的墨盒,尤其涉及一种在墨盒体或墨水盒中用于指示墨水用完的摆臂式浮动显示装置。
背景技术
目前市场上出现的喷墨打印机,在打印中,为了给用户指示墨水储存容器的墨水用完,往往在墨盒上制有或安装有三角形的聚光块,起到三棱镜的效果,打印机上在安装墨盒聚光块的下面装有墨水用量检测传感器探头。当墨盒中的墨水用完时,聚光块露出墨水面,被光线照射,聚光块将照射过来的光线集中反射到墨水用量检测传感器探头,给打印机的墨水用量检测传感器探头信号,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,以便用户采取措施。但这样的结构要求制造墨盒的材料透光性很好、成本高,墨盒的模具制造和工艺复杂,而且在实际使用中,在外界光线较弱的条件下聚光效果不好,容易产生提示差错。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单、制造容易、显示直接、正确的摆臂式浮动显示装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:包括安装在打印机上储存墨水的容器,其特征在于在容器内设有摆动轴,摆动轴上装有摆臂,摆臂绕摆动轴摆动,摆臂上制有浮子,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降,在浮子上设有朝向容器内底面的反光面,当墨水快使用完时,反光面正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,至少探头所对容器底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成的。
按照上述方案制造的摆臂式浮动显示装置,在储存墨水的容器中有墨水时浮子浮在墨水表面,而当容器中的墨水用完时,浮子下沉,反光面与打印机的墨水用量检测传感器探头之间没有或较少墨水隔离,反光面上的反光穿过容器的底层,给墨水用量检测传感器探头信号,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,以便用户采取措施。该方案比用三角形的聚光块反光强度大,结构简单、制造方便、性能可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是储存墨水的开口容器结构示意图。它是用透明或半透明塑料制成储存墨水的开口容器1,在容器1内设有摆动轴2。
图2是摆臂的立体图。摆臂3是用比重小于墨水的塑料制成的,摆臂3上制有转轴孔4,摆臂3的前端上制有浮子5,在浮子5上设有朝向容器1内底面的反光面6,反光面6上固定有不锈钢板或铝箔的反光材料7,也可在反光面6上涂有反光材料7。
图3是储存墨水的开口容器内装有摆臂的结构图。摆臂3的转轴孔4套装在摆动轴2上,摆臂3绕摆动轴2摆动。在容器1的开口上用塑料薄膜8密封,形成密闭的储存墨水的容器1。容器1内灌注墨水9,浮子5随墨水9量的多少而升降。在打印时,当墨水9快用完时,反光面6正对着打印机上墨水用量检测传感器的探头10位置如图4所示。反光面6的反光给探头10信号,表示墨水9已用完。
如果整个储存墨水的容器1不用透明或半透明塑料制成的话,至少探头10所对容器1底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成的。当然反光面6也可直接设在朝向容器1内底面的浮子5上。由于储存墨水的容器1的墨盒或墨水盒结构繁多,这儿仅对本实用新型摆臂式浮动显示装置部分的实施方式作一描述。
Claims (5)
1、摆臂式浮动显示装置,包括安装在打印机上储存墨水的容器,其特征在于在容器内设有摆动轴,摆动轴上装有摆臂,摆臂绕摆动轴摆动,摆臂上制有浮子,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降,在浮子上设有朝向容器内底面的反光面,当墨水快使用完时,反光面正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,至少探头所对容器底面部分是由透明或半透明的材料制成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的摆臂式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的反光面上涂有反光材料或固定有反光材料。
3、根据权利要求2所述的摆臂式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所固定的反光材料是指有反光的不锈钢板或铝箔。
4、根据权利要求1所述的摆臂式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的摆臂是由比墨水比重小的塑料制成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的摆臂式浮动显示装置,其特征在于所述的容器是由透明或半透明的塑料材料制成的。
