Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种五金工具，尤其是带有三刃切削刀的管口削平器。
背景技术
管口削平器是一种在金属管被胀接在管板上后对伸出管板的管口进行削平加工的工具，现有管口削平器的切削头一般采用两刃切削刀，在使用时切削刀容易晃动，影响被切削管口的质量，难以达到平整光洁，切削效率也不高。
发明内容
为了克服现有管口削平器的不足，本实用新型提供一种三刃管口削平器，可以将管口切削平整光洁，提高切削效率。
本实用新型提供的三刃管口削平器包括芯轴及安装在芯轴上的切削头，切削头为三刃切削刀。
为了使本实用新型在切削过程中运转更平稳，可以在三刃削刀前的芯轴上设置圆柱形的导向头。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于三刃切削刀运转时三个刃口比两刃切削刀的两个刃口受力均匀，因而运转稳定；又因三刃切削刀前设置圆柱形的导向头，使本实用新型运转时不会产生径向晃动，更加平稳。因此可以将管口切削平整、光洁，切削效果也得到提高。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2中，在芯轴(7)上安装三刃切削刀(3)并置于外壳(4)内，在三刃切削刀(3)前的芯轴(7)上设置圆柱形的导向头(2)，导向头(2)可以用铜制作，其外径大小与需削平管口的管子的内径大小相同。

1、一种三刃管口削平器，包括芯轴及安装在芯轴上的切削头，其特征在于切削头为三刃切削刀。
2、按权利要求1所述的三刃管口削平器，其特征在于在三刃切削刀前的芯轴上设有圆柱形导向头。
