Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种踏步机，包括一基架、两踏动部以及一连动部，两踏动部均枢设于基架上以供踩踏，连动部连动两踏动部以带动两踏动部反向运动。该踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线倾斜设置，踏动部动作时形成滑摆现象，既可同步进行踏步锻炼以及扭腰锻炼。该踏步机的两踏动部之间连接有弹性部，踏动部动作时两踏动部受到相向的拉力，需要用户腿部肌肉用力克服该拉力，即可同步进行踏步锻炼以及腿部肌肉拉肌锻炼。综上所述本技术方案的踏步机踏动部动作时可同步进行踏步锻炼、扭腰锻炼以及腿部肌肉拉肌锻炼，可同步锻炼多个肌肉组织，锻炼效果好，可满足用户需求，而且结构简单制造成本低。

本实用新型涉及一种训练器件，尤其是涉及一种踏步机。
背景技术
传统踏步机，包括一基架、两踏动部以及一连动部，两踏动部均枢设于基架上以供用户踩踏，连动部连动两踏动部以带动两踏动部反向运动，该传统的踏步机只能锻炼单一肌肉组织，效果单一。根据上述的缺点有人提出了解决方案，如中国专利数据库在2005年8月24日公开了发明名称为《扭腰踏步机》的实用新型，其授权公告号为CN2719355Y。一种扭腰踏步机，包括：一主架体，其于前端顶面二相对位置向上形成斜设部，又于主架体中央的位置形成枢设部，且主架体上设置有数个调整孔；一平衡杆，其为一杆体且于杆身中点形成枢设孔，并能设置于主架体的枢设部中利用一栓体相枢组，又其顶面向外端延伸形成止挡部；数个斜动块，其形成一贯通孔，并能利用栓体分别穿设枢组于主架体的二斜设部上；二踏动构件，其是由脚踏板与固接杆相配组所构成，该固接杆一端设置于主架体的斜设部中，且能通过栓体穿设与斜动块连动，又二踏动构件的底部分别靠触于平衡杆顶部的二止挡部间，同时，二踏动构件的底部可与主架体的数个调整孔配合定位二弹簧。扭腰踏步机的踏动构件可供用户同步进行踏步锻炼和扭腰锻炼。该扭腰踏步机虽然解决了传统踏步机所存在的只能锻炼单一肌肉组织、效果单一的缺点，但是只能同步锻炼两个肌肉组织还是不够，效果还是不能完全满足用户需求；而且该扭腰踏步机结构复杂，制造成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种踏步机，其克服了现有踏步机所存在的只能锻炼一或两肌肉组织、效果不能完全满足用户需求的不足以及结构复杂、制造成本高的不足。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种踏步机，包括一基架、两踏动部以及一连动部，两踏动部均枢设于基架上以供踩踏，连动部连动两踏动部以带动两踏动部反向运动，所述的两踏动部之间连接有弹性部，所述的踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线倾斜设置。
所述的两踏动部的相同位置上分别设有连接部，该弹性部的两端分别连接于该两连接部。
所述的由踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线定义的竖直面穿过连接部。
所述的连接部位于踏动部中部。
所述的连接部位于踏动部前部。
所述的基架对称设有两枢轴，该两枢轴布置成倒“八”字形；所述的踏动部包括一踏动板、一固设于踏动板底面的支撑架、一固设于支撑架并往外斜的固定件以及一固设于固定件的转动套，该转动套可转动套接枢轴。
所述的连接部固设于支撑架。
连接部包括一U形件以及一中间部，该U形件固设于踏动部，该中间部固定穿设U形件开口部；该弹性部的首尾端分别开设有套接部，两套接部分别套接两连接部的中间部。
本技术方案的有益效果是：踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线倾斜设置，踏动部动作时形成滑摆现象，既可同步进行踏步锻炼以及扭腰锻炼；踏步机的两踏动部之间连接有弹性部，踏动部动作时两踏动部受到相向的拉力，需要用户腿部肌肉用力克服该拉力，即可同步进行踏步锻炼以及腿部肌肉拉肌锻炼；综上所述本技术方案的踏步机踏动部动作时可同步进行踏步锻炼、扭腰锻炼以及腿部肌肉拉肌锻炼，可同步锻炼多个肌肉组织，锻炼效果好，可满足用户需求，而且结构简单制造成本低。枢轴布置成倒“八”字形，而且由踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线定义的竖直面穿过连接部，则踏步锻炼、扭腰锻炼以及腿部肌肉拉肌锻炼之间相受到最优化的配合，可达到最优的健身目的。

具体实施方式
实施例一
一种踏步机，如图1、2所示，包括一基架1、两踏动部2、一连动部3、两连接部4以及一弹性部5。
如图1、2所示，基架1包括一底座11、两枢轴12以及一中间杆13；底座11为类口字形框架，该底座11可平稳地可定位于地平面之上；两枢轴12对称固设于底座11前部左右，该两枢轴12倾斜并对称设置以布置成倒“八”字形；该中间杆13固设底座11后部中间。
如图1、2所示，踏动部2包括一踏动板21、一支撑架22、一固定件23以及一转动套24；该支撑架22固设于踏动板21底面；该固定件23顶端固设于支撑架22前部，下端往外斜；该转动套24固设于固定件23下端；上述的转动套24可转动套接基架1的枢轴12，以使得踏动部2可相对基架1做滑摆动作。
如图1、2所示，连动部3包括一转动杆31以及两支杆32；该转动杆31中部可转动连接于基架1的中间杆13；该两支杆32的第一端分别可转动连接于转动杆31的左右两端，该两支杆32的第二端分别可转动连接于踏动部2的支撑架22，以使得两踏动部2之间做反向运动。
如图1、2所示，两连接部4对称设置，而且两连接部4分别固设于两踏动部2的相同位置。连接部4包括一U形件41以及一中间柱42；该U形件41固设于踏动部2的支撑架22的与另一踏动部2相近侧面的前部；该中间柱42固定穿设U形件41开口部，该中间柱42轴线和基架1的枢轴12轴线位于同一竖直面。
如图1、2所示，弹性部5的首尾端分别开设有套接部，中间开设有辅助孔51，两套接部分别套接两连接部4的中间柱42。
实施例二
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于：如图3、4所示，基架1的两枢轴12对称固设于底座11中部左右，该两枢轴12倾斜并对称设置以布置成倒“八”字形；踏动部2的固定件23顶端固设于支撑架22中部，下端往外斜，踏动部2的转动套24可转动套接基架1的枢轴12；连接部4的U形件41固设于踏动部2的支撑架22的与另一踏动部2相近侧面的中部，该中间柱42轴线和基架1的枢轴12轴线位于同一竖直面。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已，故不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围，即依本实用新型申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰，皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

1.一种踏步机，包括一基架、两踏动部以及一连动部，两踏动部均枢设于基架上以供踩踏，连动部连动两踏动部以带动两踏动部反向运动，其特征是：所述的两踏动部之间连接有弹性部，所述的踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线倾斜设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的两踏动部的相同位置上分别设有连接部，该弹性部的两端分别连接于该两连接部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的由踏动部和基架之间的枢轴线定义的竖直面穿过连接部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的连接部位于踏动部中部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的连接部位于踏动部前部。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的基架对称设有两枢轴，该两枢轴布置成倒“八”字形；所述的踏动部包括一踏动板、一固设于踏动板底面的支撑架、一固设于支撑架并往外斜的固定件以及一固设于固定件的转动套，该转动套可转动套接枢轴。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的连接部固设于支撑架。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种踏步机，其特征是：所述的连接部包括一U形件以及一中间部，该U形件固设于踏动部，该中间部固定穿设U形件开口部；该弹性部的首尾端分别开设有套接部，两套接部分别套接两连接部的中间部。
