Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种伸缩杆，具体的说是一种可通过伸缩调节长度而固定于两相向墙面之间的伸缩杆。
背景技术
伸缩管一般由两根外径不同的圆管组成。设有紧固装置的内管连接端插入外管的连接端，使用时，根据需要调节好长度，并使内管与外管相对固定。伸缩管的端部还设有端套，在端套的端面设置摩擦表面，利用伸缩杆两端顶紧于墙面后产生的摩擦力使伸缩杆固定在两平行墙面之间，这种固定方式不需要破坏墙面，安装方便，可用于悬挂较轻的物品，如用于悬挂毛巾、窗帘、浴帘等物品，非常适合家庭、酒店、商场中使用，这种方式的伸缩杆必须对墙面施加一定的压力，施加的压力越大，伸缩杆与墙面之间的摩擦力就越大，所能承受的悬挂物品越重。
现有伸缩杆通过在内管连接端外周加工出内螺纹，同时在外杆连接端内壁加工出与之相适配的外螺纹，安装时，使内、外管相对旋转，使伸缩杆伸长而其两端盖顶紧于墙面上。这种伸缩杆的主要缺点是安装后不具有弹性，其两端不能稳固地顶紧于墙面上，容易掉落；并且此种伸缩杆不易安装，在旋转内、外管时易破坏墙面。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种伸缩杆，主要目的在于克服现有伸缩杆不能稳固顶紧于墙面、容易掉落、不易安装、安装时易破坏墙面的缺点。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种伸缩杆，由至少一节外管和一节内管可伸缩套接而成，且该伸缩杆的两端设有可顶紧于相向的墙面的端盖，内管连接端通过一紧固件连接于外管连接端的内侧壁，该内管与该紧固件之间滑动连接，该内管的连接端与该紧固件之间设有使外管、内管相背滑动的弹簧。
前述一种伸缩杆，其紧固件与外管内壁连接的端部形成一偏心杆，该偏心杆上卡接有一偏心卡环，外管与内管之间通过偏心卡环在偏心杆与外管内侧壁之间产生的顶紧力相对定位连接。
进一步地，所述内管连接端套设于该紧固件上，该紧固件上设有轴向延伸的滑槽，该内管连接端设有的冲压成型的向内凹陷的嵌设部，该嵌设部滑设于紧固件的滑槽中。
更进一步地，所述紧固件外周设有一凸环，所述弹簧套接于该紧固件上，并夹设于该凸环与内管连接端的端面之间，所述弹簧与内管连接端的端面之间设有一垫片。
前述一种伸缩杆，其外管连接端形成一与内管平滑过度的斜中套。
前述一种伸缩杆，其端盖与墙面接触的端面形成一橡胶磨擦面。
由上述对本实用新型结构的描述可知，和现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：
一、由于安装后该伸缩杆具有弹性，可通过内、外管之间的弹簧将该伸缩管两端盖顶紧于相向的墙面上，与现有技术相比，其固定方式更加合理、可靠；
二，当使用外力迫使内、外管相对转动时，其偏心卡环被夹紧于紧固件的偏心杆与外管的内壁之间，从而使内、外管相对固定，而使内、外管朝相反的方向转动，则可以使内、外管相对松开，以便调整二者之间的长度，以适应不同的场所，而与墙面连接的顶紧力主要由所述弹簧提供，使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供一种可固定于两相向的墙面之间的伸缩杆，用于悬挂毛巾、浴巾等日常用品。下面参照图1和图2说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
参照图1和图2，一种伸缩杆7，包括一节外管1和一节内管2可伸缩套接而成，且该伸缩杆7的两端设有可顶紧于相向的墙面的端盖61、62，该端盖61、62与墙面的接触面分别设有橡胶磨擦面610、620。
该内管2的连接端通过一紧固件3连接于外管1连接端的内侧壁，该内管2与该紧固件3之间滑动连接，该内管2的连接端与该紧固件3之间设有使外管1、内管2相背滑动的弹簧33。
其紧固件3与外管1内壁连接的端部形成一偏心杆34，该偏心杆34上卡接有一偏心卡环4，外管1与内管2之间通过偏心卡环4在偏心杆34与外管1内侧壁之间产生的顶紧力相对定位连接。该内管2的连接端套设于该紧固件3上，该紧固件3上设有轴向延伸的滑槽32，该内管2连接端设有的冲压成型的向内凹陷的嵌设部22，该嵌设部22滑设于紧固件3的滑槽32中。紧固件3外周设有一凸环35，所述弹簧33套接于该紧固件3上，并夹设于该凸环35与内管2连接端的端面之间，弹簧33与内管2连接端的端面之间设有一垫片5。
由此，外管1和内管2之间形成可伸缩而调节长度的结构，并且，在外管1和内管2相对固定后，二者之间通过弹簧33的作用而具有一定的弹性。
外管1连接端形成一与内管2外表面间平滑过度的斜中套，以增加使用的便利性和安全性能。
当使用外力迫使内管2、外管1相对转动时，其偏心卡环4被夹紧于紧固件3的偏心杆34与外管1的内壁之间，从而使内管2、外管1相对固定，而使内管2、外管1朝相反的方向转动，则可以使二者相对松开，以便调整二者之间的长度，以适应不同的场所，而与墙面连接的顶紧力主要由紧固件3与内管2端面之间的弹簧33提供。
上述仅为本实用新型的一个具体实施方式，但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。
Claims (6)
1、一种伸缩杆，由至少一节外管和一节内管可伸缩套接而成，且该伸缩杆的两端设有可顶紧于相向的墙面的端盖，其特征在于：内管连接端通过一紧固件连接于外管连接端的内侧壁，该内管与该紧固件之间滑动连接，该内管的连接端与该紧固件之间设有使外管、内管相背滑动的弹簧。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种伸缩杆，其特征在于：所述紧固件与外管内壁连接的端部形成一偏心杆，该偏心杆上卡接有一偏心卡环，外管与内管之间通过偏心卡环在偏心杆与外管内侧壁之间产生的顶紧力相对定位连接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一种伸缩杆，其特征在于：所述内管连接端套设于该紧固件上，该紧固件上设有轴向延伸的滑槽，该内管连接端设有的冲压成型的向内凹陷的嵌设部，该嵌设部滑设于紧固件的滑槽中。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种伸缩杆，其特征在于：所述紧固件外周设有一凸环，所述弹簧套接于该紧固件上，并夹设于该凸环与内管连接端的端面之间，所述弹簧与内管连接端的端面之间设有一垫片。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种伸缩杆，其特征在于：所述外管连接端形成一与内管平滑过度的斜中套。
6、如权利要求1所述的一种伸缩杆，其特征在于：所述端盖与墙面接触的端面形成一橡胶磨擦面。
