本实用新型涉及一种信号阀门,尤其涉及一种将启闭状态变成电信号传递到远程控制室的阀门,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
目前的暗杆闸阀带有外露的指示装置,但在远程控制室无法直观地知道其启闭状态。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是发明一种不需远程操作控制,但需知道阀门启闭状态的信号阀门。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种信号阀门,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆螺母、阀杆、中口垫、阀盖、止推轴承、压盖、指示螺母,阀杆通过阀杆螺母垂直设于阀体的中心,阀板设于阀杆的下部外,阀盖通过中口垫与阀体的上端连接,压盖通过止推轴承与阀盖的上端连接,其特征在于,在压盖的上端通过指示螺母设有行程开关。
所述的行程开关为双触点式行程开关。
本实用新型采用在指示机构内部加设一个行程开关,通过电线引到控制室,行程指示装置经改进后,除壳体外,内部的各小部件不外露,外形美观,行程开关置于封闭壳体内,防止水溅,延长其使用寿命。
本实用新型所选的行程开关为双触点式,其中一个为常开触点,另一个为常闭触点,常闭触点所接的线接到远程的红色指示灯上,常开触点接到绿色指示灯上,这样,当阀门处于关闭状态时,红色指示灯亮。当阀门开启到位后,指针将行程开关的压片压到底,常闭触点脱开,常开触点接通,这时绿灯亮,指示状态为阀门开启状态。
本实用新型在机械上,利用螺距差与行程的线性关系,通过数学计算,得出指针所需的行程距离,以此为根据,确定行程开关的位置,电器元件上,利用一个简单的切换开关型原理的行程开关,即可达到设计要求。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、制造成本低,仅利用一个十元左右人民币的简单行程开关,即可达到工程需要;
2、现场安装维护方便,原理简单,便于工程中现场操作;
3、由于生产制造成本低,使工程成本随之降低,同时也无需电力驱动,节约了能源。

实施例
如图1所示,为一种信号阀门结构示意图,所述的一种信号阀门由阀体1、阀板2、阀杆螺母3、阀杆4、中口垫5、阀盖6、止推轴承7、压盖8、行程开关9和指示螺母10,阀杆4通过阀杆螺母3垂直设于阀体1的中心,阀板2设于阀杆4的下部外,阀盖6通过中口垫5与阀体1的上端连接,压盖8通过止推轴承7与阀盖6的上端连接。
在压盖8的上端通过指示螺母10设有行程开关9,所述的行程开关9为双触点式行程开关。
根据采购回来的行程开关9上固定孔的规格及外壳的空间尺寸、厚度等确定标准件螺栓的规格及长度,同时选用配套的螺母10,在壳体上按需要的位置,钻两个小通孔,用以固定行程开关9用,在壳体上加工出一个引线孔,电线从其中引入到壳体内,孔上要加有保护线不损失的软衬套,先引入电线,将其按需要接到行程开关的接线角上,然后,将两个固定螺栓先穿在行程开关的连接孔上,放入壳体内,将螺栓穿过壳体,在壳体外用螺母将其固定,现场确定好线型后,与工程预留的线分别接到一起即可。
在使用时,当阀门处于关闭状态时,常闭触点处于工作状态,通过电源,控制室红色指示灯亮;当阀门处于开启状态时,指针将行程开关9上的压片压到位,常开触点接通,同时常闭触点断开,此时,控制室的绿色指示灯亮。

1.一种信号阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)、阀杆螺母(3)、阀秆(4)、中口垫(5)、阀盖(6)、止推轴承(7)、压盖(8)、指示螺母(10),阀杆(4)通过阀杆螺母(3)垂直设于阀体(1)的中心,阀板(2)设于阀杆(4)的下部外,阀盖(6)通过中口垫(5)与阀体(1)的上端连接,压盖(8)通过止推轴承(7)与阀盖(6)的上端连接,其特征在于,在压盖(8)的上端通过指示螺母(10)设有行程开关(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种信号阀门,其特征在于,所述的行程开关(9)为双触点式行程开关。
