技术领域
本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种具启闭状态远程指示功能的闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀多用于化学工业中液态物流系统,现有的一种闸阀其启闭是借旋转式手轮的逆时针方向或顺时针方向转动实现,虽然,旋转式手轮标有关于启闭的施力方向指示,但是,不具有关于启闭状态的指示功能,而实际生产中往往要求闸阀具有这种功能,并且在远程的控制室,或生产调度室也能了解闸阀的启闭状态,如物流系统的上游意外中止输送时,下游看不到有液体流出,处于开启状态的闸阀,易被误为是处于关闭状态,以致该关不关,一旦,上游恢复输送,往往会浪费物料或发生安全事故。
因此,提供一种具启闭状态远程指示功能的闸阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具启闭状态远程指示功能的闸阀。
本发明一种具启闭状态远程指示功能的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮,阀体,上连螺套的阀盖,闸板,阀杆,填料压紧螺母,滑线式变阻器,变阻器支架,电阻式电表,所述手轮与所述螺母间的所述阀杆上形成有螺纹,该螺纹螺接有升降轮,所述螺套在所述螺母下位螺接有固定套,所述支架安装在所述固定套侧面,所述变阻器上下向固定在所述支架上,所述升降轮沿径向借一指示杆与所述变阻器的滑动头接合,所述支架的侧面还有含启闭状态指示意义图文的标牌,所述升降轮的升降方向与所述闸板的升降方向相一致,所述变阻器的动触点及其中的一个静触点各以导线连接至在远程的所述电表。
本发明有如下有益效果:
借所述指示杆在所述标牌上的位置,能在生产现场直观地了解闸阀的启闭状态;
借所述电表的读数,能在远程的控制室,或生产调度室了解闸阀的启闭状态。

图1所示,一种具启闭状态远程指示功能的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮1,阀体2,上连螺套的阀盖3,闸板4,阀杆5,填料压紧螺母6,滑线式变阻器7,变阻器支架8,电阻式电表9,所述手轮1与所述螺母6间的所述阀杆5上形成有螺纹,该螺纹螺接有升降轮10,所述螺套在所述螺母6下位螺接有固定套11,所述支架8安装在所述固定套11侧面,所述变阻器7上下向固定在所述支架8上,所述升降轮10沿径向借一指示杆12与所述变阻器7的滑动头接合,所述支架8的侧面还有含启闭状态指示意义图文的标牌,所述升降轮10的升降方向与所述闸板4的升降方向相一致,所述变阻器7的动触点及一个在下位的静触点各以导线13连接至在远程的所述电表9。
所述标牌在与所述变阻器高端对应处标注含开启意义的图文;在与所述变阻器低端对应处标注含关闭意义的图文。借所述指示杆12在所述标牌上的位置,直观地了解闸阀的启闭状态。所述升降轮10及所述固定套11之中心均有螺纹孔。
如逆时针方向旋转所述手轮1,所述阀杆5伴随旋转,则所述闸板4上升,同时,所述升降轮10上升,所述指示杆12也带动所述变阻器7的滑动头上升,直至达所述变阻器7高端对应处标注含开启意义的图文处,同时,所述变阻器7的电阻值达最大,所述电表9的读数可以转化为流量标定,借所述电表9的读数,能在远程的控制室,或生产调度室了解闸阀的启闭状态。

1.一种具启闭状态远程指示功能的闸阀,包括旋转式手轮(1),阀体(2),上连螺套的阀盖(3),闸板(4),阀杆(5),填料压紧螺母(6),滑线式变阻器(7),变阻器支架(8),电阻式电表(9),其特征在于,所述手轮(1)与所述螺母(6)间的所述阀杆(5)上形成有螺纹,该螺纹螺接有升降轮(10),所述螺套在所述螺母(6)下位螺接有固定套(11),所述支架(8)安装在所述固定套(11)侧面,所述变阻器(7)上下向固定在所述支架(8)上,所述升降轮(10)沿径向借一指示杆(12)与所述变阻器(7)的滑动头接合,所述支架(8)的侧面还有含启闭状态指示意义图文的标牌,所述升降轮(10)的升降方向与所述闸板(4)的升降方向相一致,所述变阻器(7)的动触点及一个在下位的静触点各以导线(13)连接至在远程的所述电表(9)。
