请参阅图1所示，由合适厚度钛银涂层的铝卷(即钛银涂层铝板1)、铝卷(即铝板5)、及中间层塑料芯材3，用高强度粘接膜2、4复合而成。使用钛银涂层铝卷和普通铝卷可实现连续生产，再根据需要切割成各种不同规格，降低生产成本。
