本实用新型涉及电磁炊具,特别涉及用铝质电磁炉加热炊具。
背景技术
电磁炉是一种常同炊具加热炉,无明火,无有害气体产生,高效节能,安全环保。但是现在流行的铝质加热炊具不能在现有的一般电磁炉上加热。目前市售的复合板铝质加热炊具虽然也美观、导热性好、色泽银白不易锈坏,但是此复合板铝质加热炊具一则生产工艺复杂,生产的成本比较高,导致复合板铝锅售价高,难以走进普通家庭;二则次种锅比较的笨重,难适应炒、烧、烤等烹饪任务;三则电-磁-热的转换效率低,不利于降低能耗。
发明内容
本实用新型提出一种新型铝质电磁炉加热炊具。这是在铝质电磁加热炊具加热表面从里向外依次喷涂软磁马氏体不锈钢磁涂层、铝导热涂层、特富龙防腐涂层。当将本实用新型炊具放于电磁炉上时,软磁马氏体不锈钢磁涂层在交变的磁场切割磁力线,而在软磁马氏体不锈钢磁涂层表面产生感应涡流,实现磁能转换成热能。热能通过软磁马氏体不锈钢磁涂层上的铝涂层均匀的传给加热炊具,而实现了铝质加热炊具在电磁炉上的应用。
本实用新型使铝质电磁加热炊具在电磁炉上得到应用。而且生产工艺简单、生产成本低、磁热的转换效率高、有效的降低了能耗。
